    Like it a lot except the water pitcher does not automatically refill its self. Will have to contact Samsung for help. Best Buy not able to assist.

    Got this on a 4th of July Weekend sale. It's got all I wanted: French doors, 4 doors, metal cooling, tons of space and it's just elegant.

    This is another terrible product from Samsung. With Ice making issues in our last Samsung refrigerator why we attempted to buy another Samsung proved to be a stupid decision. This refrigerator has constant frost build up in freezer.. 70 days old and ice maker is not working. This is a bad product and also a bad design . Can’t really adjust shelves to maximize refrig space. It is awful! Choose another brand!

    I’ve had this fridge for 8 months and my freezer stopped cooling. Called two days ago and went through online technical support. Cooler but three days later still no ice

    Plenty of room but only drawback is it doesn't make a lot of ice. My Whirlpool was better at making ice. But all in all I am extremely happy with my purchase.

    I am very upset with your repair service. I bought this item on January 16,2023, and have been trying to get the left door repaired. Everytime I have an appointment it gets canceled. I have black and blues on my back were the door keeps hitting me, because it will not stay open. They told me some one will call be back, well so far no one has called!
