The reading on the thermometer was at 50 degrees when the setting was set to 37 degrees automatically.

Items with a lot of moisture can freeze in the refrigerator, mainly when the temperature settings are very low or when the items are placed near the back and bottom of the compartment. Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A low quality refrigerator, it was bought two years ago, first the water dispenser failed, when I called the technical service they indicated that it was damaged and had a change cost of $800, I looked on the web for the part that cost $250 and had a video on how to change it and it was very simple, a few months later it began to defrost, the technical service came and indicated that some filters were damaged, they changed them and that is covered by the warranty, two weeks later it came back with the defrost failure, the technician came again and indicated that the refrigerator no longer worked, that is, it was totally damaged after just two years, now I am claiming the warranty with Samsung. A refrigerator that costs more than $3000 is a very bad machine. Draw your own conclusions.

I mean it know it was a couple hundred off, but still paid 1500 for it. Otherwise unit itself funtions great.
