    Literally had refrigerator for 1 yr and 2 month and neither fridge or freezer work. You figure a fridge would last longer than a yr. And of course manufacture warranty is only for 1 yr. What a joke. Save your money and buy a different brand. Unless you don’t mind not having a refrigerator for days until a technician gets back with you.

    We attempted to purchase this refrigerator, paid for it, coordinated delivery, removed old refrigerator and then Best Buy cancelled their delivery and said soonest available was two weeks from originally scheduled date. So we went to Jetsons a local business was, purchased the same item and had it in two days.

    I have had fridge for 3.5 weeks. Fridge wont cool below 46 degrees. I troubleshooted on phone w Samsung. Have to wait for repairman to schedule visit. Why would i want a fridge repaired that failed in less than a month!? Fridge full of food is spoiled. Thanksgiving is ruined. Thank you Samsung and Best Buy.

    Even better than expected

    Great quality and more spacious than we realized. Cools down fast and stays colder than our previous whirlpool. The two different ice sizes are appreciated and we like that it can store a lot more ice than other refrigerators.

    For this to be such a beautiful refrigerator the ongoing mechanical issues particularly with the I e maker had forced me to send the fridge back after 2-3 weeks

    Worse experience ever

    This item was ordered in October 12 and scheduled to be delivered and installed on October 28. When ut arrived, new in the box, it was damaged. We were given a number to call to get another replacement. It took two days for this process and we were assured we would get our new refrigerator delivered and installed on November 4. It didn't come and when I called to check on the status, the rep was nice and informed me that an installation was now scheduled for November 11, but the refrigerator was not scheduled for delivery until November 25th. How stupid is that. Needless to say I am very upset. This is the worst experience I've ever had with anything.

    I did not like freezer drawer feels cheap will not last long. Hard to push the ice drawer back to dig in the freezer for food. Returning to get a side by side

    It’s not dropped on time, they dropped almost 2 weeks and the fridge was cracked and we needed to wait one week more for get the new one. And the costumer’s service in the phone is horrible.

    Leak right after installation

    The fridge started leaking 2 hours after being installed. I checked the hose on the back and it was dry. I opened up the center drawer and it was full of water which was leaking onto the floor. I believe it’s leaking from the filter. The fridge was delivered on Tuesday, but I have to wait until Saturday before a technician can come check it.

    I love this refrigerator but the “drawer” that hold the ice sometimes doesn’t reposition itself after you get something from the bottom of the freezer.

    Lied to about color matching panels.

    I was told I could get Black Stainless panels to match my kitchen. It would be no problem. I have waited almost two months and still don't have a ship date. It does not match my kitchen and looks out of place. Do not believe them when they tell you you can customize this to match your kitchen. I cannot get any help resolving this. I would not if bought it.
