I love this monster of a fridge. It is huge (29cf) and I imposing. The beverage door is my favorite part of it for my wife but I like the 2 bin ice maker that makes large and small cubes. The flexible drawer is really cool but we haven't tried all its features yet. I just realized that there is a Wi-Fi feature but have not got into that either. It's like a giant toy that will hold all the food, fresh and frozen, that I will ever need it to. Buying out was handled smoothly by Best Buy staff and the price was high but fair for all this beauty can do.

We love this refrigerator. It replaced a 5 year old major brand that had the compressor fail twice. The 2nd time after a new one was installed, it never cooled because they discovered an internal leak. We love that it makes 2 different sizes of ice cubes, great storage, the auto refill water pitcher is wonderful.

So far everything is good. It seems to be built pretty well. The dual ice is great. At first it does take a bit to get going but it’s been fine since. Theres plenty of space and it’s quiet. The drawers open smoothly and quietly. It’s also nice that you have the options to change the panels out to different combos/colors.

Just got the refrigerator installed (good Job guys) and refilled, Love it! Great space in all parts of this refrigerator and freezer. The beverage bar works perfect for us and the middle draw in the works wonderful for all the smaller stuff or meats (We use the refrigerator function). Easy assess to frozen items in the lower freezer section with plenty of room in the full pull-out freezer draw. I really like the ice maker in the freezer section and that the settings can be change from filling one of the ice container or both.

Only had it for 3 weeks, haven't had any problems. I really like this fridge. The extra drawer for lunch meat and beverage door are very handy. The storage compartments inside the door does NOT give you an option to set them any way you want. They are designed specifically and this is my only complaint. This is a really big fridge, doesn't seem big in store. Definitely check the measurements, we picked up and installed as the biggest review issues were deliery damage to fridge or home. We had zero issues setting up, however this fridge is 300 pounds and you need lots of muscle.

Awesome Fridge! Flex Zone is great to have when hosting. Beverage center is very handy for extra drink storage. The ice machine takes FOREVER to get going, but once producing... it keeps up as long as you scoop the ice to the front of the bin. If the back of the bin is full, the fridge thinks the whole bin is full.

Is a good product and work great it fits in well and it doesn’t make any noise

Got it after my old Samsung broke after 15 yrs. Home warranty took FOREVER to fix/replace the old one, ended up just buying it, Best decision ever! Looks great and works like a charm. I had time to do my homework and check out several website for reviews on this new Samsung line of refrigerators and all i can say is im very very happy with mine!

The sleek and unique design combined with the large capacity and the water pitcher make this my favorite fridge to date! The simple additions like the scooper for the two different ice types and the water pitcher make life just a little easier!

I love how I can change the temp of the different sections on my phone. If I realize my food is getting too cold and almost freezing, I just go on my phone to increase the temperature a little. The pitcher on the inside is amazing. The water is so much colder than what typically comes out of a fridge because it sits in the pitcher in the fridge. The 2 different types of ice and the scooper is what sold me on this fridge

I’ve only owned the refrigerator for a few months but I absolutely love it. Not only is it beautiful, it’s functional! The fridge is large and spacious, plenty of room to store all of the groceries & left overs for our family of 6. The water pitcher is great for guests and my kids love that the water in the pitcher is so cold. The ice maker is great and I love that it provides 2 types of ice. So far I am extremely happy with this purchase ☺️

I love this refrigerator, it fits perfectly where I have it. My only reason for giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that I think it useless to have an auto-fill pitcher and a dispenser that only dispenses water, no ice, in the beverage door. I would rather have the dispenser removed and use the space for more beverages. Other than this, the refrigerator is spacious and I like all the different compartments.

Love all that space, and the perfectly placed drawers all around both sections. Ease of opening doors is superb, as is the convenience of plenty of cold water whenever you need it. Ease of cleaning is another high note, as there are not lots of nooks and crannies where dust and mold usually take their disgusting place.

We love the in-door Beverage center! We use this all day, every day. We had so many problems with our in-door ice maker in our old refrigerator. All of the technicians said it was because of a freezing system trying to work in a refrigerated space. We thought we would miss having the ice maker in the door, but decided on the freezer ice maker and are happy we did so. The tray in freezer is still very convenient and ice refills quickly. This has been great in our current heatwave.

I genuinely love it! It’s gorgeous keeps everything cold perfectly. The ice is so cute and the pitcher fills right away and just adorable. I will say it doesn’t fill up the ice all the way and does take about a day or two but that’s fine cuz I rarely need ice. When I throw my parties I normally buy ice because I need it in bulk and I never found a fridge that would hold that much but regardless this fridge is perfect!

Very roomy. Easy to organize food and find it quickly. Love the water dispensers. Love not having ice in the refrigerator door! No clogging, just cubes. Discreet handle design as in there are none. Gives a clean look.

I ordered the Samsung Bespoke several months ago and finally received it. What a fiasco! Now that I have the fridge I am still on the fence on whether I like it or not. Other than the top door Panels still being backed ordered until 8 Feb 2024 I think the fridge will look great since I have all the matching appliances (Blue Steel). I thought I would like the Water dispenser being on the inside of the door. It keeps the water colder but you have the door opened longer so, I'm not sure if I like that. I use the pitcher for larger beverage fills but it is to small to fill my larger water bottles. Having the 2 size ice cubes is nice but can be inconvenient at times and easily gets messy. The size of the fridge (29cu. ft.) is great and having the flex draw is nice. I have a lot more room now. The only thing is the the shelves aren't adjustable if you want to have a tall enough area for taller items. You need to use the sliding shelf area or the door to store tall things. For me that is not enough space. Beverage center is nice as long as you use cans or small beverage bottles. The area is pretty short. Drawers hold a lot of stuff and the crisper are keeps my veggies fresher than my old fridge. Freezer is a great size too. I definitely fit much more than my side-by-side did and it is easier to organize and see all the items. Not sure how the fridge will work for a bigger family though. I have 3 people (5 on the weekends) and it seems to fit all the food with room to spare. If you don't mind the wait it is a great fridge. I gave it a 4 star due to all the aggravation with trying to get it.

I love my frig there is so much space not only in the frig but also in the freezer. And the two options for ice is amazing!! The only thing I can say is to let the ice trays fill up or get bags to put ice in as they get full when having big groups together cause it takes time to keep up.
