Love it, best refrigerator we have had! Gives us the space we need with our big household!

We weren’t going to buy a Samsung fridge to replace our previous Samsung because we had the notorious freezer problem with that one—and it’s why we needed a replacement. But the salesman said they had been redesigned and fixed that issue. This fridge was nice and had everything we wanted and since it was supposedly improved, we bought it. Almost 3 months to the day that it was delivered it died. And it died the day of my dad’s open-heart surgery. We had just stocked up because my dad was coming to my house to recuperate post-op. Before surgery, he brought his perishables so they wouldn’t rot in his fridge. This was on 8/22. First thing the next morning, I called BestBuy because I had their Total Protection Plan. Unfortunately, they said it was under manufacture’s warranty so I had to call Samsung. Samsung had me repeat many of the troubleshooting tasks I had already done and finally put in a ticket for repair around 3 pm on Friday, 8/23, with the promise that I would hear from repair services within 24 to 48 hours. We limped through the weekend with a cooler and a dorm fridge (thank goodness we had it) but never heard from a repairer. I tried calling the repair company on Monday but couldn’t get an answer. Looked up their local address only to discover they operated out of a local storage company’s storage unit! Fed up, I angrily tweeted at Samsung and BestBuy. I heard from Best Buy within 30 minutes. (That’s amazing because I’m nobody on Twitter and have few followers.) Samsung took a couple of hours to reach out to me, only to say that I’d hear from a repair company soon. They promised to come out on Thursday (a week after the fridge died). We agreed to that and when the (really nice) repairer came out, he quickly discovered the issue involved super-expensive parts that Samsung doesn’t allow them to keep in stock. As a result, we would have to wait 3-5 days for repair. This was on 8/29 before the holiday weekend. BestBuy had said there were options so I followed up to see what they were at that point. They agreed to replace our fridge with a comparable one for free with the caveat that if I picked a more expensive one, I might have to pay the difference. The best news was that it didn’t need to be a Samsung. The one I picked that was closest in features and size but it cost several hundred dollars more. BestBuy covered the difference to make up for the inconvenience and lost groceries. Samsung called last Friday and said they will fix my fridge next week on 9/10. I was so happy to tell them I’ll NEVER buy a Samsung fridge again. And I’m so grateful to BestBuy for making this right. That’s some great service recovery right there. My new LG fridge should be here today (9/5) and I’m so excited. Thanks BestBuy!

This refrigerator is very large and spacious. Haven't had any problems with it. This only thing negative is the crisper doesn't keep the vegetable's fresh very long.

The refrigerator although very nice it is not fingerprint resistant and the filter is really hard to change not as easy at it looks! With Samsung I would recommend getting extended warranty! My daughter has the same one and is having problems with the filter too! Wouldn’t recommend!

The refrigerator is beautiful as well as functional. I love the pitcher of filtered water. The ice maker is easy to use and doesn't make a mess. I highly recommend.

Its very spacious and it looks great. Its really worth it because you can now have ice and the cold water everytime you need it.

Thought my we would love this refrigerator, and we do, just not this one that arrived all scratched up in places that would be absolutely visible. However, Best Buy made good and provided us with an alternate fridge which we are very happy with. WAY TO GO BEST BUY!!! PLEASE NOTE: the scores underneath are for the replacement refrigerator:-)

Love it. Stainless is great for no finger prints. Love the two sizes of ice. The ice maker takes up no noticeable room and is located in freezer where it should be. Silent. Great so far.

This fridge has many options and i love the design. Perfect for my needs and the beverage station is A1!!!
