The track that the door slides out on only has one little bitty screw in the front no screws in the back it goes inside the refrigerator wall when you open the door the weight of the shelf pushes on that and ripped my sidewall called Samsung. Customer service was horrible both the Samsung tech that came to the house said it was not fixable and needed replaced. Samsung refused to replace the refrigerator after one year said it’s not part of their problem. Horrible customer service told me I’m out of luck after paying $2400 for this fridge one year ago

Love the extra door & beverage center, but the water doesn't gill up all the time. I have to remove & place back in a few times. Same with the ice maker. Hoses are in tact so not sure what the problem is.

For the ice maker to operate properly, water pressure must be between 30-125 psi (206-861 kPa). If the refrigerator is installed in an area with low water pressure (below 30 psi / 206 kPa), you can install a booster pump to compensate for the low pressure.
