I had to turn my bottom toward it and lean back with my arms and then when my husband with a walker fell into the refrigerator three times. I decided it was time to get one with the freezer on the bottom and this is been a godsend. Thank you Samsung.

I bought this item on January 16,2023, and have been trying to get the left door repaired. Everytime I have an appointment it gets canceled. I have black and blues on my back were the door keeps hitting me, because it will not stay open. They told me some one will call be back, well so far no one has called!

So we waited almost another month for them to bring us another refrigerator and of course it really was not the or I wanted but it was a zero door so I said ok. Well that was a quiet’ a mess the right had side of the door was off so now we are waiting for another refrigerator hopefully 3 will be the lucky number! and I have paid 1200.00 hundred dollars on my account I think you should take some money off my acct I feel this is ridiculous!!!!!!
