    After 3 years the item broken the fridge section would not stay cool and I called out to get it fixed and they quoted me $1,300 for the issue at that point I went and bought a new fridge. It has good amount of storage but only working for 3 years idk about thag

    Product was damaged on delivery and sent back. The new delivery has been canceled 3 times and I have yet to receive the fridge. It has been 4 weeks now and no fridge. Maybe it will get here on the 4th attempt who knows

    Defective product sent twice. I had to choose a different brand. Honestly, i like the way they design the product but not at this time. It needs intensive quality control.

    I just bought this fridge 3 weeks ago and the ice maker stop making ice.the very first day it took so long to start making ice then it was very slow it work for few days and sudenly it did not do any more ice.poor quality ice maker

    This refrigerator lasted 22 months - the compressor went out and the refrigerant was not holding pressure after the tech replaced the compressor.

    Bad experience + Misleading product description

    The title said Custom Panel Ready -> very misleading since the fridge came with no panels. You would have to buy your panels separately... First delivery guys said they cannot bring the fridge in because my front door was not wide enough and I have to pull the door trims out. I told them they can, but they still refuse to bring it in. HOWEVER, the second team did it in a flash..... Other than that, the fridge works well. Food is still with around 90F ambient. Just the experience that ruined the product...

    What a piece of crap. I bought this 10 months ago, its been out for weeks and has a 2 year warranty and Samsung hires a company out of Memphis called US Appliances to repair their items and they NEVER show up. They make appts and I take off work and money lost. 3 times now, 3 weeks no fridge, and they dont care nor do they have a clue if whats going on. Samsung cant reach the repair company and neither can we.
