    I love this refrigerator but the “drawer” that hold the ice sometimes doesn’t reposition itself after you get something from the bottom of the freezer.

    We already have a problem. It’s leaking water into the middle drawer. Best Buy ordered a part. It was incorrect. Still leaking…

    Lied to about color matching panels.

    I was told I could get Black Stainless panels to match my kitchen. It would be no problem. I have waited almost two months and still don't have a ship date. It does not match my kitchen and looks out of place. Do not believe them when they tell you you can customize this to match your kitchen. I cannot get any help resolving this. I would not if bought it.

    We’ve had this fridge for a week and we currently have a compressor problem. We will be getting a new one, but it’s unacceptable for a brand new fridge to have compressor problems.

    Best buy charges a lot for stupid features.

    The fridge seems very small on the inside. I feel like I paid an extra $500 just for the option to adjust the temp by phone which i didn't even know was a feature let alone care about. Thw same refridgerator without that feature is $500 less than what we paid through best buy. So i was not happy about that at all.

    Our experience in purchasing and getting this delivered was horrendous. The delivery was over two months late, then it didn’t fit. We finally had to pay for a 3rd party contractor to make it fit. After all that the controls don’t work…Never ever buy an appliance from Best Buy!!!

    After a few months one of the doors stopped staying in position when opened. Closes on it’s own, making it difficult to get things out of the fridge

      Refrigerators are designed to tilt back slightly, which helps the doors to close by themselves and helps with draining. This will help close the door automatically and prevent the other door from opening.

    Not very happy with the refrigerator every night. It shuts off between 2 and 4 o'clock in the morning popping the breaker.

    This is an excellent refrigerator! It is so spacious and I really love the lights inside the refrigerator. My wife loves the auto pitcher refill. And the ice maker is great! The two different types of ice is always full and ready. We've only had the refrigerator for about a month, but we have had no issues or complaints! We are both very pleased with this choice! We both highly recommend this refrigerator!
