Total overkill! One of the best consumer grade refrigerators out there. The tech in this refrigerator is also top notch.

i love this refrigerator. The delivery guys did a great job. They had to come out twice because of something I did but they never made me feel bad.

I have only had my refrigerator for about 6 months. It was time to change the filter. I changed it before I went to bed. I got up in the morning and found that half of my first floor was flooded. The beverage drawer was warm and full of water and the freezer was also warm. It took me 8 hours to clean up all the water in the house and in the refrigerator. The water went into my son's library and ruined some of his books. Best Buy said I had to go thru Samsung to repairs. Not happy about that. I did a search on the Fridge and found that this is a known problem. When Samsung came out, they said that maybe it was the rings on the filter that were not aligned correctly but never got a clear answer. But the unit still had water leakage in my beverage tray. So a 2nd technician came out and I did not understand what he said but it has not dripped since. A claim was put in for the damage and just got an email from Samsung saying they will not honor the claim as I did not use a Samsung filter (FALSE, it was a Samsung filter not a generic one) and that they found nothing wrong with the fridge. So the "small" claim that I have is denied. I will never purchase another Samsung anything again. Silly Samsung. For a small $100 claim they will loose my business as I will not purchase anything from a company that does not stand by their products. Silly Samsung, that is thousands of dollars in future revenue they will loose from me and I will make sure that everyone knows they will not stand behind their products. they know full well, this is not an isolated case, this is a known problem with the fridge.

Original purchased the counter depth refrigerator, but trade in for this standard 29 cu ft. However, we didn’t notices a scratched on bottom panel after the deliver team left. Overall, excellent.

I absolutely love the drink station in my new fridge! Would definitely purchase this item again.

Love this unit, the apps and everything else! How i can access the list item from my phone or computer.

Solves all the color issues since you can order new panels, also solves the ice issues, now in the freezer. Ice in two selectable forms. Family Hub much improved, and linked to the web. You can choose to make the hub invisible if you like. You can choose a painting you like, or mirror TV from a device. GLASS, love the glass, so over stainless.

No complaints with this refridgerator. Stay away from the brands / or refrigerators that dispenses ice from the top french door.

Love this fridge other than the fact that every time I close the freezer door the ice falls out the back. Def need a stopper back there or higher lip for ice tray.
