    I like the refrigerator, but in 4 months the water filter needed to be changed. Think that’s kinda ridiculous with the fridge being brand new still.

    Versatile and moden to suit any kitchen. The touch screen display is very responsive and offers plenty of features. I especially like that the shopping list and inside view of the frodge can be looked at from the grocery store via the app during impromptu shopping trips.

    Good Fridge, Poor Installation Pros.

    The fridge is actually pretty good. Though it does have a few odd quirks that others have pointed out like the fact that it doesn't always recognize the right food that is put in (especially if you eat a lot of ethnic or unusual items). This review is more about the best buy installers who left gouges in my front door and scratches on the wood floor. I really was not impressed with the lack of care shown by the Best Buy pros. That hasn't been my usual experience with them and was really disappointing.

    Beware of excellent open box condition

    I ordered an open box in excellent condition when we showed up the unit was severly damaged, the store did exchange it for another one after a massive attitude from the manager but when we got home the second unit had misisng & incorrect parts, water pitcher & ice maker does not make ice, wrong feeezer drawers that do not fit. Best buy refuses to refund me the difference from excellent to fair condition open box

    We have had this refrigerator for a month and still do not have the panels promised. Samsung now tells me that the scheduled delivery date of May 19 (over two months from now) will not be met with no indication when they will send the panels. Do not buy this refrigerator unless you like the no panel, "industrial" look.

    Fridge is leaking need someone to pickup and was given an appointment for appliance with leak unsatisfactory very very unhappy customer

    Can't be fixed; not Samsung's problem?

    Overall, the refrigerator is very nice. We debated getting the Family Hub, and decided it was worth the extra money for the whole family to add to the instacart list right in the kitchen. Unfortunately, the instacart app doesn't work. A tech came to my house and Samsung support told him it probably couldn't be fixed. I called Customer Care and they said it was a problem with the app not the refrigerator. Instacart said it wasn't the app, since it works on every other Samsung device in the house. The refrigerator in the store has the same problem if you take it out of demo mode. The review is based on the poor customer support for such an expensive product.
