    No panels for refrigerator

    I received this refrigerator without panels. Was told panels would only take a week or so to arrive. Had to return the refrigerator for one with panels. Panels through Samsung are not available....2.5 months and still waiting.

    Avoid anything Samsung, it will break down after a year and then you end up buying something else, terrible

    Experience has been the worst in my life! All having to do with delivery. I will use lowes from here on out! Save yourself the headache and goe with lowes they price match!!

    DON'T BUY THIS REFRIGERATOR OR ANYTHING SAMSUNG

    Not even 2 months old and stopped working. They sent out a 3rd party company for diagnostics and they said it needs a new compressor. Excuse me but its not even 2 months old. The refrigerator was still functional at the time and now today the refrigerator isnt working and samsung thinks its cool to just not have a functional refrigerator to supply food for my family.

    Well, i celebrated my 1 year anniversary of my Samsung Bespoke refrigerator. It does not cool anymore, lost over 600 dollars in food and couldn't get a geek squad tech to determine the issue. Now i am trying to get Samsung to tell me when someone can look at this fridgerator. Big disappointment with Best Buy and Samsung. So far a loss an no rewards.

    I can’t give any reviews as Best Buy delivery team failed to deliver this item not just once but for four consecutive times. Every time I called the Best Buy Management gave poor response and I had to cancel the order which was paid in full. It’s such a shame that local Best Buy sales personnel had no control over it once the sales is done. Everything has to go through by Best Buy corporate and that too customer paid the full amount had to follow through. Pathetic

    Samsung refrigerator

    I had purchased a fridge from best buy and it arrived with a crack on the inner panel of the fridge itself. I got in contact with samsung and also best buy and was told it wont be taken care of and neither will a replacement or repair be issued.

    Stay away from Samsung fridges

    Cooling completely failed after 1 year. Service replaced the entire sealed system and that failed within a few weeks. Now scheduling my 4th service visit and just hoping to get my money back. Do you research on Samsung fridges. 70% of all fridge problems are with Samsung. If you have want your fridge to keep your food cold, look for another manufacturer.

    There is no information about open doors width. It takes around 4 extra inches from the displayed mas width with closed doors

    Pls be aware that panels are sold separately. Could have been better if we had an option to choose the panels while buying the main item itself.
