LOVE my Bespoke Refrigerator

The interior ia larger than any frisge we've ever had, so much space. The beverage center just makes me happy especially knowing I'll never have to buy bottled water ever again and the pitcher refills itself. The smartthings app is a little clunky but usable.

They went above and behind to make sure I chose the right range and refrigerator for my kitchen and to make me happy. I’m definitely going back for the washer and dryer!

The icemaker is no longer in the refrigerator section...it's in the freezer section! Now, my icemaker doesn't freeze up on me. Also, the display screen is awesome!

I contacted Best Buy and they told me the Geek Squard will visit me 9 days later to check my refrigerator. The ice maker makes a very small amount of ice and the tablet won't go in sleep mode. The refrigerator is stuck in retail mode. When the Geek Squard arrived they referred me to Samsung who told me that I have to pay $1500 more to have the refrigerator replace because they're unable to fix it.

Wife like the music while cooking in the kitchen. The beverage station is cool. Have to adjust to getting ice from the freezer but like the different size ice cubes. The color panels are a nice feature.

It seems that fluctuation with temperature in the house will cause the back tray to smell with collected water. Something that it must be corrected by Samsung.
