Very nice refrigerator little bit to noise but nice

Almost three and a half THOUSAND dollars and it's already broken in less then a year!!! NEVER again will I choose Samsung. We are a family of nine currently living out of a mini fridge and coolers. Allegedly Samsung released this line with a KNOWN coolant leak. I should have learned my lesson with our previous junk Samsung fridge.

The refri is good, but you will not find the panel to buy I'm trying to buy a top panel white color, but i can't find it on any store, best buy, samsung, the home depot, sears, lowers, offer up, etc I not recommend it

Had trouble with the ice tray filling up,so i had to call twice for support. Not a great start to a 3k refrigerator. We hope to get it resolved sooner than later.

We recently purchased a Bespoke Refrigerator from Best Buy, and we couldn't be happier with our choice! Plus, it's ultra-quiet and energy-efficient, which is a huge bonus. Our experience with Best Buy was also fantastic. The delivery team, Henry and his partner, were top-notch! They handled the installation with extreme care, smoothly swapping out the old fridge and assembling the new one without any issues. We couldn’t have asked for a better delivery service. All in all, the Bespoke Refrigerator is a stylish, high-performing appliance that has completely upgraded our kitchen, and the excellent service from Best Buy made it all the more satisfying. Highly recommend!

First let’s talk about the capacity of this large refrigerator. There’s room to store the families favorite foods in this Samsung Bespoke refrigerator. I can store food in all size containers, pots & pans on shelves in drawers and doors. It feels like there’s a place for everything. My kids love the Flex drawer. It's as if they have their own spot in the fridge for drinks and snacks. The clean boxy shape translates to a lot of uninterrupted space inside without all the curves and odd areas that can limit placement. For clean lines and cleanliness I’m happy the water spout is hidden behind the easy access panel. You’re less likely to have water and ice spills on the ground. I don’t see any water spots or calcium build up on the outside or inside the door. There’s a large capacity ice tray that allows you to see how much ice you have and easily access as much or as little of it. Who doesn’t like a scoop of crushed ice in a refreshing drink? The HUB is an amazing tool for ordering groceries, listing ingredients or leaving notes for everyone to see. I can watch a cooking show on the fridge and follow the instructions. Party planning? Manage prep like a pro and play music at the same time. You can display artwork and or personalize it with your family photos. My guests tend to stop for a few minutes to look at the photos on the HUB. I can see what my other connected devices are doing such as the washer and dryer, multitasking like a pro! You can use the SmartThings app to see what’s inside your fridge or to change the temperature in the different zones! Please improve the camera placement for better viewing angles. There should be better group control of other Samsung devices if you want them to display the same thing such as uploaded photos and Artwork either in sync or randomly pulled from the same bucket.  

Spacious. Classy, beautiful. My family loves this fridge. We leave notes, our girls leaves us messeges in the morning, two different kind of ice, the smart tech . This fridge has it all

This is the fridge of my dreams. I like that the water is inside the door like a water station and came with a water jar that filled by itself. It is very spacious, I am surprised that i have still space after filled with all my stuff. It is very easy for me to maintain it clean because the doors are like glass style. I like the small drawers for snacks, jam and cheese. We love the family hub and the camera inside is a plus.

I've had this Bespoke almost 3 months now and I must say I absolutely love it. It's unreal how much space this refrigerator has! It almost feels like I don't have enough food in it which is amazing! We enjoy all the perks although they're not that important just a nice added feature. We also enjoy the beverage center and the two different types of ice. The other thing I would mention is to be sure to pull the ice from the back, forward because it won't make ice if ice is sitting in the back drawer. The ice maker thinks its full so it won't continue to make ice. I have the matte black which I'm happy with, I see the fingerprints but its not as annoying as the white Bespoke others have mentioned are more noticeable. Other than that, the fridge is wonderful. A bit pricey but also a choice I made and I'm still pleased to have it.

Love the sleek look and the technology this fridge adds to our connected home. It has a large capacity and great functionality. The beverage station is everyone's favorite in our household. Being able to open the door separately from the main door opening, and to be able to fill up water either by spout, or by a pitcher that has a built-in infuser (great w/ cucumber or strawberries) is something the whole family has enjoyed. The ice maker is much different than most, so we are still getting accustom to it, but we love the Two types of Ice being made. The smaller ice is perfect when adding it to a blender for smoothies. We love the middle pull out drawer and the flexibility it offers. And the freezer has a good amount of space, but somewhat limited when you take the ice maker into account. The HUB is what really sets this fridge apart. Some of our favorite features are the cameras inside the fridge and being able to view it remotely. The "list" feature which allows us to list what is in the fridge and their expiration dates. The integration with Ring Cameras has been convenient, and the Amazon Echo integration has been great. I have to say, we were also impressed with the speaker that was built into the fridge... It is more powerful than we expected.

I absolutely love this refrigerator. I was sad when my former refrigerator stopped working in July so I tried to get it fixed because it was a special color and I purchased all of my appliances the same color so when they could not repair the old one I was forced to purchase a new one. From July 2, 2024 until October 7, 2024 I was trying to find a refrigerator that would match or decide if I wanted to replace everything in my kitchen. This Refrigerator came in to the house and fit right in. I love the 2 different types of ice, the water pitcher and the fact that the beverage section is behind a door so that everyday stuff is not getting into the way. The fact that it has no handles makes it seamless and sleek. And it is WIFI capable. I can look into the refrigerator from my phone and see what's in the fridge.

Very nice Refrigerator! Plenty of space for all your needs. However, one thing I would change is the matte black doors! Just can't keep the fingerprints cleaned off! Another problem I see maybe for some households, if you are having a big get together, then you may want to purchase a bag of ice, this refrigerator makes great ice!! just not much of it.

Great ice with a sizes. Good open spaces, drawers ashelug for all the kid food and yours.it is quite spacious but not too bis to fit in good sized kitchen, panels are interchangeable to cut your color choices. Ne screen allows internet access n the ability to view inside. Its like a very large cellphone.

While the refrigerator itself is fine, I confess to being a little irked that I was sucked in by the AI Vision feature. Theoretically, the fridge can keep an inventory of its contents, suggest recipes, alert you to expiring products, etc. In reality, this feature does not work at all. It cannot even accurately identify a gallon of milk, labeling it as anything from 'wasabi' to 'baby food'. A tub of yogurt is 'spinach', a bottle of water is 'salsa', and a pack of mushrooms in clear plastic wrap is undentifiable. Ultimately, it's still a functioning refrigerator. But, I'm still annoyed that I was persuaded to buy it because of this cool technology that does not actually exist.

Awesome product, my kids cant get enough of it, they really watch the TV or their iPad, always on he fridge screen. Its spacious, love the ice maker and its sleek.

Review: I’ve only had this fridge a little while, but I’m really liking it. The look is super clean and modern, and it makes my kitchen feel upgraded instantly. There’s a ton of space inside seriously, I can finally fit groceries without playing Tetris. The Family Hub screen is actually pretty fun and useful. I can see what’s inside without opening the door, check recipes, leave notes, and even play music while I’m cooking. It’s one of those features you don’t think you need until you have it. The drawers open smoothly, and everything stays organized instead of getting lost in the back. It’s quiet, it’s roomy, and it just makes life a little easier. Really happy with it so far!

Huge refrigerator. Love the ice maker and the water station. I can see all my food. I’m not really tech savvy with setting up the hub but it has a lot of updates features. The downside this model wasn’t finger print resistant so I have to wipe it down daily.

Love the fridge so far (almost 2 months in). Great amount of space and LOVE the water pitcher feature along with the additional drawer. I love the matte black but wish the glass was better at hiding fingerprints. Easy to clean though. Also wish the family hub was more user-friendly, it's very tricky to figure out a lot of the features, but they are a lot of fun!

Great refrigerator. It looks good, has lots of space, and functions very well. What else could I ask for?
