I'm glad they finally came out with another newer family hub version. Plenty of space and the features on the hub are user friendly. Surprisingly, the fridge only took about 2 hours to go to fridge 37 degree temperature.

Looks modern and sleek very functionable with lots of space

This fridge is great. My food and drinks have never been colder or more crisp. I love the water pitcher and smart family features (my 1 year old is obsessed with the photo slide shows) My only complaints were due to supply issues (it took around 4 months to get all the panels we wanted and even then we had to hunt for open box ones each weekend). The only technical trouble is changing the water filter. If not inserted exactly, the water sytstem will leak into the middle drawer and then pool on top of the freezer leading to a kiddie pool worth of water in your drawer, on your floor, and frozen to the door.

I love the looks of the refrigerator, we bought it also because of the reviews. I am super happy with the refrigerator, we love the beverage drawer, where we store also cold cuts and stuff, the auto refill carafe is awesome you always get cold water. And lastly the whole digital screen with camera to see inside, integration with Alexa and more. extremely happy with this purchase.

The fridge itself deserves 5 stars but I faced issues regarding the installation process that I was not informed of. I waited over a month from the original delivery date for the fridge to be delivered as Samsung had delays at their end. However, on the day of delivery - the technician said he was not able to hook up the water system because the outlet was plastic. And in order for them to hook up the water line it had to be made of metal. No one informed me of it (either at the store or the online rep) and I do not remember seeing this in the instructions either. Currently I do not have a working water/ice system and I am still waiting to for BBY to find a solution for this. Other than that - this fridge is spacious , loving the Bixby system and everyone who has seen this fridge absolutely love it

Love the multiple ice feature and all the cool features like being able to hook to my google doorbell! Also love the water pitcher and cup filler beinf behind a hidden door! Definitely recommend this fridge to anyone!

I'm really happy with this new fridge/freezer. It holds temperature well in all sections, the Family Hub has some fun features (I really like the timer, shopping list, and photo display), and the space is well organized. I also like the beverage center and the ability to change the panels with the free panel set deal.

Amazing! Has lots of space to organize foods and products by category. Being able to enter every product into the system and getting notified of what we have ran out of or what has gone bad has helped us keep everything updated. It’s amazing to be able to enter our families dietary habits, being able to manage the temperature inside the fridge based on what is being stored, and giving us update on our water filter (which has been a life changer). Plus a fun feature of being able to share photos and listening to music while cooking!

Great unit, this setup is ideal for us with the mid drawer and multiple refrigerator drawers with the chest style freezer. The style freezer allows for a better ice drawer location and ease of access. The smart features are actually useable from looking in to see what I've got in the fridge remotely to listening to music from the screen while we cook. Great value.

The fridge is very good after returning many for coming damage they finally gave a good fridge that the parts isn’t discontinued with that said this fridge accommodates all and keeps all your produce and item fresh, the fridge is very big and can fit all your needs .The ONLY part I do not like is the Samsung privacy trespass you link all your devices and info they literally tell you that what ever is linked to the Samsung product is made public and not private for Samsung and they will share, and collect everything (to much to list) so that’s why I hav two warn everyone now this is why I gave it a 3 star it seems like you can’t enjoy something without a big pharma, government and/or Corporation violating your privacy

I bought all new samsung appliances and i have to say with all the features on these appliances are awesome. We purchased the bespoke refrigerator with the family hub and everyone that comes over is jealous. My favorite part is we downloaded the ring doorbell to the fridge and now if someone rings the doorbell we can talk to them through the fridge while on video. The stove has a built in airfryer with easy clean up and heats up and cools down quickly. Samsung seems to be the leader in technology with these appliances and i see why. Thanks samsung and thank you bestbuy for the awesome customer service and a pleasant experience.

Well ventilated inside. All advanced functions working perfectly. Alexa can easily accessible. Two types of ice is perfectly for all types of beverages/

We had our older model break down on us. We recently made a trip to bestbuy and seen the Bespoke and knew that was the one. I let my wife shop around at other places before realizing that there was no other like this one. Very happy with our purchase! This refrigerator is the newest and hottest item out! My wife gets all of her recipes on it, we keep our schedule, upload family photos! The ice maker is amazing and so is the beverage center! Great investment! The wifes happy, kids are happy and so am i!

So far this refrigerator has been great. Lots of space. I like the ice tray being in the freezer compartment. The ice maker is a bit slow but is enough for most of the time. If you're having guests over I would buy more ice.

I LOVE IT!! Big enough for our big family. We love the ice maker along with water pitcher. The screen is amazing as well!!! Highly recommend

Absolutely stunning and extremely well made. The entertainment screen is very interactive and responsive. Very spacious and the shelves are movable which helps even more on organizing. The ice maker works wonders and the self filling water pitcher is out of this world. Absolutely love my new fridge.

This fridge is amazing! We love everything about it! The design is great, the space is great, it’s just the perfect fridge Look no further and buy it! Can’t speak on longevity of it, we have had it for only a month or so, but everything else A+!

So far, so good. Takes a bit to get used to the frech door setup. The Family center is cool. You can set up a slideshow with your favorite pictures. Make a grocery list. Watch TV.

We love it. It has plenty of room. Our favorite part is the water station and the front panel with apps.

I love it so far. It is so roomy and so beautiful. I love the glass front and I love all the technology to it.
