They are not reliable and there’s literally thousands of complaints regarding their ice makers and faulty design. After our ice maker failed, we found out that there was actually a civil suit against the company for their ice makers. They have very poor customer service. I wouldn’t ever recommend this brand. I’ve read LG has higher rated appliances. Just do your own research and don’t be fooled by the gimmicky smart screens, multi colored doors.
