This fridge is a game changer - here's why: 1) You can replace the panels on this to a variety of colors (it's a Bespoke fridge - it's customizable). If your wife doesn't like the color, she can change it! Nice n' easy. 2) Ice machine is in the bottom - where it should be. The ones in the door fail so often - this will get a much longer life. Plus it does two different types of ice (the good cylinder ice and the regular big cubes). It also comes with a scoop and a sliding door to keep any freezer smells out! You can even pull out the tray of ice, put the ice in a bag and store it for later for camping or other events. 3) The beverage center is amazing with its own door, fast refilling water pitcher with infuser (iced tea anyone?), water on demand, and room for several drinks and more. 4) Center pull out drawer - I use it for soda's and snacks for the kids. You can set this to a chilly 34 degrees perfect for drinks that are ice cold. You can stack all your cans upright too. Or you can be boring and turn into more freezer space or fridge space, your choice. 5) Smart fridge stuff!!! There's cameras inside, Samsung SmartThings app support, fridge inventory, recipes based on what you have in it and more. If you're on the fence because you don't think you'll use it? Oh yes you will. The shopping list is worth it alone! Overall this is worth an upgrade and is the fridge of the future that you can have right now. Why wait? Did I mention you can pull up recipes, listen to music, watch videos, and a hundred other things I could mention too?

Had this refridgerator for a few months now and it has been a great appliance. Still working through figuring out the Samsung Family Hub smart features, of which there is no shortage. Ive connected my amazon and spotify accounts and plan to get a ring doorbell to connect as well. Also, love the dual ice maker and water pitcher feature.

Best fridge I've ever owned... smarter than my phone. I didntceven realize all the features this gem has when i bought it. It connects to my phone, so that I can check my grocery list and see in the fridge, it tells me when items are expired, the beverage center is truly amazing. The filtered water pitcher feels itself so you always have cold filtered water and my grandkids can draw on the memo pad WITH AUDIO and i can display them on the screen. Run to buy this treasure.

I really like the fridge. It is very spacious and comfortable to take things out and it is very pretty.

Love, love, love this smart fridge. I went with the Bespoke option because I wanted the ability to change up the look of my appliances if I wanted. This unit is packed with options but I think the one I love the most at the moment is the self filling pitcher.

I absolutely love this refrigerator! One of the best purchases I’ve made from the Best Buy outlet store. Looks amazing and works great! It had plenty of storage and it conveniently adds things to my grocery list! I absolutely love it!!

Bought this with a pile of other things moving into a new home early Dec. This thing is great. Amongst all the things you expect from a fridge (the diff kinds of ice is awesome), Music, alerts, lists, "intelligence" built in, this fridge surprises us almost every day with the things it does. Highly recommend thus far!

Nice fridge. perfect size great color. I do wish the sales person would have explained it better. We didn't need such a complicated unit. Touch screen, ability to send and receive photos and many more options, in my opinion, aren't necessary to keep your food cold.

Love the multiple ice feature and all the cool features like being able to hook to my google doorbell! Also love the water pitcher and cup filler beinf behind a hidden door! Definitely recommend this fridge to anyone!

So far, so good. Takes a bit to get used to the frech door setup. The Family center is cool. You can set up a slideshow with your favorite pictures. Make a grocery list. Watch TV.

I was a little reluctant to purchase this refrigerator mainly because I could have made due with the one I had. Since I purchased it however I can’t say enough about how amazing it is! It keeps track of contents, expiration dates, assists with shopping lists, tells the forecast has recipes at your fingertips and sends ingredients to your shopping lists for you! You’ll never miss your tv show while cooking again…yes it’s a tv too and so much more! I absolutely love it!!!

Great refrigerator! The only thing you need to research is compatibility with other smart home devices. That responsibility fell on me and I dropped the ball. For the moment, it can only connect with things that are Samsung friendly, but not others. For example. I have ADT security and their technology can’t connect to my fridge. Same thing with my thermostat. So just do your research.

I love this fridge, it has plenty of space and some amazing features. The only thing I wish was different is that it doesn't play music loud enough. Other than that, this is the best fridge I have ever had.
