Love the fridge, space layout etc, but I do not like having to constantly clean the doors. My children leave their smudgy hands all over this thing. I was actually opposed to having (yet another) digital media screen ((do we Really need this in our kitchen?!)) ...however turning on oldies while cooking is so nice, and everyone who visits our home loves the picture slide. Alas, to my Husband's delight, I was wrong.

There is so much to love about the fridge and it just got delivered today. I love the family hub, the ability to choose a temperature for the middle drawer, and the hidden beverage center & automatic refill pitcher! I can’t leave 5 stars because the doors aren’t leveled and I have to wait for someone to come see how to fix it next week! Not sure if it’s a defect or what. I haven’t seen anyone else with this issue.

Love how beautiful it looks and how big it is on the inside. There are only limited apps available, but hopefully more will be supported with future system updates.

Great refrigerator, love everything about it. My kids love drawing everyday on it.

My refrigerator is a great one however make sure that your house temperature is in a setting where there are no excessive cold that can cause condensation. It seems that fluctuation with temperature in the house will cause the back tray to smell with collected water. Something that it must be corrected by Samsung.

This models fits height and width wise but it’s depth will stick out of the frame. Make sure you measure the space between your island, so as to make sure you are able to open the refrigerator door completely.

It's a good fridge, expensive but good so far after a couple weeks.

The only thing i have to complain about is that the water pitcher doesnt auto refill other than that this is a great refridgerator

The fridge itself deserves 5 stars but I faced issues regarding the installation process that I was not informed of. I waited over a month from the original delivery date for the fridge to be delivered as Samsung had delays at their end. However, on the day of delivery - the technician said he was not able to hook up the water system because the outlet was plastic. And in order for them to hook up the water line it had to be made of metal. No one informed me of it (either at the store or the online rep) and I do not remember seeing this in the instructions either. Currently I do not have a working water/ice system and I am still waiting to for BBY to find a solution for this. Other than that - this fridge is spacious , loving the Bixby system and everyone who has seen this fridge absolutely love it

Great space screen is awesome theres a camera to view inside and great quality screen. My wife loved this fridge makes ice quick and fills up the pitcher which is a plus highly recommend

The fridge is great! Love all the features it has. A lot of space for what we need. My only complaint and warning is the panels. Still don’t have them after numerous calls to Best Buy. No one seems to have an answer besides these panels have been giving us issues.

I love this fridge, it has plenty of space and some amazing features. The only thing I wish was different is that it doesn't play music loud enough. Other than that, this is the best fridge I have ever had.

This fridge is great. My food and drinks have never been colder or more crisp. I love the water pitcher and smart family features (my 1 year old is obsessed with the photo slide shows) My only complaints were due to supply issues (it took around 4 months to get all the panels we wanted and even then we had to hunt for open box ones each weekend). The only technical trouble is changing the water filter. If not inserted exactly, the water sytstem will leak into the middle drawer and then pool on top of the freezer leading to a kiddie pool worth of water in your drawer, on your floor, and frozen to the door.

This is our second Smart hub refrigerator, the last one's ice maker failed and the similar refrigerator we had without the smart hub had to have it's ice maker replaced. This newer design seems to avoid the ice maker problems and is working fine so far. The Smarthub however has someone else's pictures in as default and I haven't been able to figure out how to get rid of them (deleted the older pictures but they still show up on the screen). Otherwise great product.

Honestly, it is my favorite fridge of all time. It keeps beverages a very nice crips cool temperature wherever it is placed in the fridge. The filter though.. is a big pain if you just look at it funny and it leaks everywhere right below it. Biggest pain to clean up as well. Trust me.

So far this refrigerator has been great. Lots of space. I like the ice tray being in the freezer compartment. The ice maker is a bit slow but is enough for most of the time. If you're having guests over I would buy more ice.

It has been 2 months we have this amazing fridge. It has very good space and the pantry tray has good and sturdy design. Metal cooling keeps the fridge cool with less electricity consumption. However it is having trouble connecting to wifi. It drops from wifi and then just shows “wrong password” error. Of course i checked my internet password and multiple wifi connection but same issue. Disappointed with such programmatical error in a high end fridge!

Replaced another Samsung fridge that has a bad ice maker with this model. This fridge’s smart hub for some reason doesn’t seem, “as smart,” but the amount of space inside is great. I like the choice of ice size (ice bites are great), and zero problems with the ice maker…oh and it’s gorgeous.
