    Great fridge we love our upgrade the only complain was the delivery took more than expected and when we contacted Best Buy they said they would give us some cash back for the delay and at the end of the day they didn't keep their word on that!

    Love the fridge, but communication regarding delivery and help in getting answers was relatively difficult. Took a few weeks longer to get in than originally quoted.

    Experience has been the worst in my life! All having to do with delivery. I will use lowes from here on out! Save yourself the headache and goe with lowes they price match!!

    Please do your research before purchasing Samsung Refrigerators. They are not reliable and there’s literally thousands of complaints regarding their ice makers and faulty design. After our ice maker failed, we found out that there was actually a civil suit against the company for their ice makers. They have very poor customer service. I wouldn’t ever recommend this brand. I’ve read LG has higher rated appliances. Just do your own research and don’t be fooled by the gimmicky smart screens, multi colored doors.
