    Fridge is everything… Panels be warned

    The fridge is great! Love all the features it has. A lot of space for what we need. My only complaint and warning is the panels. Still don’t have them after numerous calls to Best Buy. No one seems to have an answer besides these panels have been giving us issues.

    Love this fridge. Best purchase done. Only thing was confusing was that it doesn’t specify that it does not come with the panels. I had to purchase separately.

    I brought Samsung refrigerator since 6month ago they delivered yesterday. Every part is missing. I went best buy and call Samsung department no one help me out .. I need some help any one knew. Spent 10k for Samsung packs.

    No panel refrigerator

    We have had this refrigerator for a month and still do not have the panels promised. Samsung now tells me that the scheduled delivery date of May 19 (over two months from now) will not be met with no indication when they will send the panels. Do not buy this refrigerator unless you like the no panel, "industrial" look.

    No panels for refrigerator

    I received this refrigerator without panels. Was told panels would only take a week or so to arrive. Had to return the refrigerator for one with panels. Panels through Samsung are not available....2.5 months and still waiting.
