Owned it for a week so far, so far, whole family likes it What we like: - Lots of space - Cameras to look inside - Connectivity with mobile and built-in tablet, especially calendar option to share activities - The beverage center with pitcher and the ice (on a bottom, that gives more room on top) - Freshness tracking, through Family hub What we need to get use to: - No handles - Food planning (Personalized recipes) options and updating food in the fridge What we think needs to improve: - Black glass, you can see fingerprints and need to wipe it out all the time, especially on Family Hub screen - Ice production is slow and not filling whole bucket - Middle drawer (FlexZone), when set on freezer, does not fully (hard) freeze food, still good, but not what we expected (food on the back freezes better than in front)

Spacious love the family hub the kids love being able to hangout in the kitchen eat and watch their favorite shows . The beverage center is great and hidden . The ice maker with 2 sizes of ice is also a plus . The refrigerator looks sleek and love the look of it !!

I purchased this fridge a little over a month ago and it’s proven to be spacious and has some surprising uses. I have the family hub with the beverage center. It took me some time to understand some of the apps, but now I’m better versed in using the apps to adjust fridge settings. One feature that I really like is watching the weather channel on the hub screen during breakfast. The ice maker takes a day or two to produce a full tub of ice but afterwards, it keeps up. Overall the fridge is sleek and has several novel uses. I’ll update my review if anything changes.

This fridge is a game changer - here's why: 1) You can replace the panels on this to a variety of colors (it's a Bespoke fridge - it's customizable). If your wife doesn't like the color, she can change it! Nice n' easy. 2) Ice machine is in the bottom - where it should be. The ones in the door fail so often - this will get a much longer life. Plus it does two different types of ice (the good cylinder ice and the regular big cubes). It also comes with a scoop and a sliding door to keep any freezer smells out! You can even pull out the tray of ice, put the ice in a bag and store it for later for camping or other events. 3) The beverage center is amazing with its own door, fast refilling water pitcher with infuser (iced tea anyone?), water on demand, and room for several drinks and more. 4) Center pull out drawer - I use it for soda's and snacks for the kids. You can set this to a chilly 34 degrees perfect for drinks that are ice cold. You can stack all your cans upright too. Or you can be boring and turn into more freezer space or fridge space, your choice. 5) Smart fridge stuff!!! There's cameras inside, Samsung SmartThings app support, fridge inventory, recipes based on what you have in it and more. If you're on the fence because you don't think you'll use it? Oh yes you will. The shopping list is worth it alone! Overall this is worth an upgrade and is the fridge of the future that you can have right now. Why wait? Did I mention you can pull up recipes, listen to music, watch videos, and a hundred other things I could mention too?

This refrigerator has been a great addition to our household! The look is very stylish and gives off a clean feel. My wife always using the Monitor when she’s in the kitchen to watch YouTube or the news. The feature I love most is the water jug/dispenser option. I’m happy with this purchase and would recommend it to everyone I know. 10/10

Hands down, the best refrigerator we have ever owned. Not only is the functionality perfection, the Family Hub provides hours of entertainment! The beverage center was not a deal breaker for me, but now couldn’t imagine not having it! Water pitcher includes an insert to add fruit to make your favorite flavored water while dispenser remains available for others to use. Pitcher instantly refills. Two size options for ice is very convenient, especially with different mouth sizes on water bottles these days. I’d give this refrigerator a 10/10 and would 100% recommend!

WOW!!! I had been eyeing the complete bespoke package for almost a year and finally made the purchase. I love the modern, sleek details each reveals. The fridge is awesome! It is very roomy and meets all my needs and more. It was a great addition to my now modern kitchen!!!!

Had this refridgerator for a few months now and it has been a great appliance. Still working through figuring out the Samsung Family Hub smart features, of which there is no shortage. Ive connected my amazon and spotify accounts and plan to get a ring doorbell to connect as well. Also, love the dual ice maker and water pitcher feature.

Best fridge I’ve ever owned so far! It’s got so much space and really well designed to create the most space for a well organized fridge! And I love the ice it makes and the storage for my ice packs.

Great product. Im glad i bought it. Large storage capacity even thought its only me, but more than enough for a family. Its sterdy and nicely built. Takes some getting used to no handles grabing from top and/or bottom takes some muscle memory. I got the black glass, collects fingerprints all day long, constantly cleaning minimally annoying. Family hub works great. Food identifier is a bit strange. It doesnt recognize my items and relabels them. Ive had this fridge about 2 to 3 weeks now. Highly reccomend

I love this smart fridge! Perfect size for a family of 6! The middle slide out feature is my favorite place to store all the snacks for the toddlers ! Not to mention I get to play music while I cook now. Super nice white esthetic too.. gives it that CLEAN look without even trying!

I absolutely love this fridge. The French h door design with the family hub and Alexa has been a game changer for our family. We have more than enough space fridge and freezer wise the extra middle drawer is amazing I can actually organize my fridge and make it functional for us. The beverage center saves so much time and space in the fridge for our actual food and leftover. The color fits perfectly in our space and it has lowered our electric bill since getting rid of our old fridge. I would recommend this fridge as a next purchase for someone looking to upgrade to a fridge that has plenty of space and function. BEST investment that I’ve made by buying this fridge. It is so spacious within all 3 compartments, and I love how organized my fridge is now. Love all the apps that come with the fridge as well and that I can hear music and watch tv while I’m cooking. Totally recommend this fridge to anyone who’s looking for lots of space.

Best fridge I've ever owned... smarter than my phone. I didntceven realize all the features this gem has when i bought it. It connects to my phone, so that I can check my grocery list and see in the fridge, it tells me when items are expired, the beverage center is truly amazing. The filtered water pitcher feels itself so you always have cold filtered water and my grandkids can draw on the memo pad WITH AUDIO and i can display them on the screen. Run to buy this treasure.

What an awesome refrigerator. Have had it a few weeks and glad we decided on the larger size. Tons of space. And the family hub we are finding new ways to use every day.
