Had trouble with the ice tray filling up,so i had to call twice for support. Not a great start to a 3k refrigerator. We hope to get it resolved sooner than later.

The refri is good, but you will not find the panel to buy I'm trying to buy a top panel white color, but i can't find it on any store, best buy, samsung, the home depot, sears, lowers, offer up, etc I not recommend it

Review: I’ve only had this fridge a little while, but I’m really liking it. The look is super clean and modern, and it makes my kitchen feel upgraded instantly. There’s a ton of space inside seriously, I can finally fit groceries without playing Tetris. The Family Hub screen is actually pretty fun and useful. I can see what’s inside without opening the door, check recipes, leave notes, and even play music while I’m cooking. It’s one of those features you don’t think you need until you have it. The drawers open smoothly, and everything stays organized instead of getting lost in the back. It’s quiet, it’s roomy, and it just makes life a little easier. Really happy with it so far!

We recently purchased a Bespoke Refrigerator from Best Buy, and we couldn't be happier with our choice! The option to personalize the panels to match our kitchen décor is a game changer— it adds such a modern, elegant touch to our home. The layout is incredibly thoughtful with ample storage space, and we love the flexibility of the adjustable shelves. The beverage center is a standout feature—easy access to chilled drinks and filtered water without cluttering the rest of the fridge. Plus, it's ultra-quiet and energy-efficient, which is a huge bonus. Our experience with Best Buy was also fantastic. The delivery team, Henry and his partner, were top-notch! They handled the installation with extreme care, smoothly swapping out the old fridge and assembling the new one without any issues. We couldn’t have asked for a better delivery service. All in all, the Bespoke Refrigerator is a stylish, high-performing appliance that has completely upgraded our kitchen, and the excellent service from Best Buy made it all the more satisfying. Highly recommend!

Great refrigerator, with many excellent features such as ice maker, spacious frezzer, filtered water dispenser, screen for your house apps and refrigerator reminders. Definitely would recommend it. Only down side fridge door need to clean fingerprints.

This fridge is pretty amazing! There is a lot of room in there. The drink "drawer" is pretty nice. The freezer bottom is spacious. We love the ice maker and water port...it keeps the ice drawers full and the water pitcher full as well! The Family Hub has some pretty cool options (music...yes, it has speakers, pictures, electronic shopping lists, apps, etc.) Glad we made this purchase!

I absolutely love this refrigerator. I was sad when my former refrigerator stopped working in July so I tried to get it fixed because it was a special color and I purchased all of my appliances the same color so when they could not repair the old one I was forced to purchase a new one. From July 2, 2024 until October 7, 2024 I was trying to find a refrigerator that would match or decide if I wanted to replace everything in my kitchen. This Refrigerator came in to the house and fit right in. I love the 2 different types of ice, the water pitcher and the fact that the beverage section is behind a door so that everyday stuff is not getting into the way. The fact that it has no handles makes it seamless and sleek. And it is WIFI capable. I can look into the refrigerator from my phone and see what's in the fridge.

First let’s talk about the capacity of this large refrigerator. There’s room to store the families favorite foods in this Samsung Bespoke refrigerator. I can store food in all size containers, pots & pans on shelves in drawers and doors. It feels like there’s a place for everything. My kids love the Flex drawer. It's as if they have their own spot in the fridge for drinks and snacks. The clean boxy shape translates to a lot of uninterrupted space inside without all the curves and odd areas that can limit placement. For clean lines and cleanliness I’m happy the water spout is hidden behind the easy access panel. You’re less likely to have water and ice spills on the ground. I don’t see any water spots or calcium build up on the outside or inside the door. There’s a large capacity ice tray that allows you to see how much ice you have and easily access as much or as little of it. Who doesn’t like a scoop of crushed ice in a refreshing drink? The HUB is an amazing tool for ordering groceries, listing ingredients or leaving notes for everyone to see. I can watch a cooking show on the fridge and follow the instructions. Party planning? Manage prep like a pro and play music at the same time. You can display artwork and or personalize it with your family photos. My guests tend to stop for a few minutes to look at the photos on the HUB. I can see what my other connected devices are doing such as the washer and dryer, multitasking like a pro! You can use the SmartThings app to see what’s inside your fridge or to change the temperature in the different zones! Please improve the camera placement for better viewing angles. There should be better group control of other Samsung devices if you want them to display the same thing such as uploaded photos and Artwork either in sync or randomly pulled from the same bucket.  

Excellent product,beautiful and easy to operate. I love the digital experience and my kids gets to watch youtube on it. Spacious and i love the ice tray.

We had our older model break down on us. We recently made a trip to bestbuy and seen the Bespoke and knew that was the one. I let my wife shop around at other places before realizing that there was no other like this one. Very happy with our purchase! This refrigerator is the newest and hottest item out! My wife gets all of her recipes on it, we keep our schedule, upload family photos! The ice maker is amazing and so is the beverage center! Great investment! The wifes happy, kids are happy and so am i!

This is the fridge of my dreams. I like that the water is inside the door like a water station and came with a water jar that filled by itself. It is very spacious, I am surprised that i have still space after filled with all my stuff. It is very easy for me to maintain it clean because the doors are like glass style. I like the small drawers for snacks, jam and cheese. We love the family hub and the camera inside is a plus.

We love this fridge. From the feont screen to the ice maker. The fridge is almost a full tablet with social apps like facebook and instagram that you can log in to, to ring. It is amazing. The ice are really solid cubes and the water center is great. The water jug is really elegant. This fridge is great.

Bought this with a pile of other things moving into a new home early Dec. This thing is great. Amongst all the things you expect from a fridge (the diff kinds of ice is awesome), Music, alerts, lists, "intelligence" built in, this fridge surprises us almost every day with the things it does. Highly recommend thus far!

So far I have loved this refrigerator. No issues I love how you can watch you tube as you cook or see who is at your front door while your in the kitchen. I also love that Alexa is on it to ask any questions. I love the ice maker and water pitcher in the fridge probably one of the convenient things to me in it!

I purchased my Bespoke on April 2023 and I can say that this is the best refrigerator I ever have. I love the space inside and the elegant look outside without handles. My teen son is enjoying the hub using the calendar for his sport event, uploading pictures and using the notes. I highly recommend it.

My last fridge was very similar to this and the freezer went out after 8 years vs fixing we decided to opt into a new one and this one is much more spacious, sleek looking, and just amazing upgrade with the ice machine
