Nice fridge. perfect size great color. I do wish the sales person would have explained it better. We didn't need such a complicated unit. Touch screen, ability to send and receive photos and many more options, in my opinion, aren't necessary to keep your food cold.

I am very pleased with this refrigerator. Its model is very innovative and elegant. The space inside is perfect. I love the truth is that Samsung is always with the best technology and design. Definitely the best.

I like this Refrigerator & family hub. My kids playing, draw some pictures. Also this refrigerator have lots of space & ice making & keeping extra please.

While the refrigerator itself is fine, I confess to being a little irked that I was sucked in by the AI Vision feature. Theoretically, the fridge can keep an inventory of its contents, suggest recipes, alert you to expiring products, etc. In reality, this feature does not work at all. It cannot even accurately identify a gallon of milk, labeling it as anything from 'wasabi' to 'baby food'. A tub of yogurt is 'spinach', a bottle of water is 'salsa', and a pack of mushrooms in clear plastic wrap is undentifiable. Ultimately, it's still a functioning refrigerator. But, I'm still annoyed that I was persuaded to buy it because of this cool technology that does not actually exist.

It is very good quality to enjoy with the family. It has a lot of space inside. It has become something very special in our home.

I've had this Bespoke almost 3 months now and I must say I absolutely love it. It's unreal how much space this refrigerator has! It almost feels like I don't have enough food in it which is amazing! We enjoy all the perks although they're not that important just a nice added feature. We also enjoy the beverage center and the two different types of ice. The other thing I would mention is to be sure to pull the ice from the back, forward because it won't make ice if ice is sitting in the back drawer. The ice maker thinks its full so it won't continue to make ice. I have the matte black which I'm happy with, I see the fingerprints but its not as annoying as the white Bespoke others have mentioned are more noticeable. Other than that, the fridge is wonderful. A bit pricey but also a choice I made and I'm still pleased to have it.

The fridge itself deserves 5 stars but I faced issues regarding the installation process that I was not informed of. I waited over a month from the original delivery date for the fridge to be delivered as Samsung had delays at their end. However, on the day of delivery - the technician said he was not able to hook up the water system because the outlet was plastic. And in order for them to hook up the water line it had to be made of metal. No one informed me of it (either at the store or the online rep) and I do not remember seeing this in the instructions either. Currently I do not have a working water/ice system and I am still waiting to for BBY to find a solution for this. Other than that - this fridge is spacious , loving the Bixby system and everyone who has seen this fridge absolutely love it

The refrigerator is amazing. The setup with space and quality is exceptional. The screen and its capabilities are outstanding. The delivery guys were extremely professional and show great cate getting through our doirs and setting up.

Great ice with a sizes. Good open spaces, drawers ashelug for all the kid food and yours.it is quite spacious but not too bis to fit in good sized kitchen, panels are interchangeable to cut your color choices. Ne screen allows internet access n the ability to view inside. Its like a very large cellphone.

Awesome product, my kids cant get enough of it, they really watch the TV or their iPad, always on he fridge screen. Its spacious, love the ice maker and its sleek.

We love it. It has plenty of room. Our favorite part is the water station and the front panel with apps.

Love the multiple ice feature and all the cool features like being able to hook to my google doorbell! Also love the water pitcher and cup filler beinf behind a hidden door! Definitely recommend this fridge to anyone!

I'm glad they finally came out with another newer family hub version. Plenty of space and the features on the hub are user friendly. Surprisingly, the fridge only took about 2 hours to go to fridge 37 degree temperature.

Absolutely love this fridge and the technology is amazing. Two kinds of ice is a great touch.

This Samsung smart refrigerator has all smart features , easy to manage all apps and space is pretty well designed with 5 doors which provides enough enough storage.

I bought all new samsung appliances and i have to say with all the features on these appliances are awesome. We purchased the bespoke refrigerator with the family hub and everyone that comes over is jealous. My favorite part is we downloaded the ring doorbell to the fridge and now if someone rings the doorbell we can talk to them through the fridge while on video. The stove has a built in airfryer with easy clean up and heats up and cools down quickly. Samsung seems to be the leader in technology with these appliances and i see why. Thanks samsung and thank you bestbuy for the awesome customer service and a pleasant experience.

Love my new fridge. Looks amazing!!! Love that you can do so much with the built in screen. From listening to music to downloading apps, to watching videos. Just buy it!!!

So far, so good. Takes a bit to get used to the frech door setup. The Family center is cool. You can set up a slideshow with your favorite pictures. Make a grocery list. Watch TV.

Great space screen is awesome theres a camera to view inside and great quality screen. My wife loved this fridge makes ice quick and fills up the pitcher which is a plus highly recommend
