This Samsung Matte Black Steel refrigerator is super pretty, and the black color gives the whole thing a touch of elegance. It has plenty of storage space. I no longer need a TV in the kitchen. With its screen, I can watch recipes, watch the news, listen to music, etc. I love the automatic water fill, and what I like most is that when I'm shopping, I can see what's inside the refrigerator from my phone.

Love the size and love all the features. It is fabulous. The problem i have is with the quality. Im going on my 5th delivery from bestbuy with their 3rd party vendors. Grant you not all the blame lays with them either. The 1st fridge was mishandled and dropped and the broke the glass and damaged the doors. The 2nd fridge they brought the doors on front were uneven amd warpped. The 3rd fridge they brought had forklift damage to the side of the fridge. The 4thd fridge they brought the doors were uneven and the door with the water picture is warped. I am now waiting for a 5th fridge to be delivered. Very upset through the entire process.

We LOVE this fridge! It’s spacious (don’t get counter depth!), sleek and fits our needs! and we’ve been having a ton of fun writing notes to each other using the touch screen. 10/10 stars

BEST investment that I’ve made by buying this fridge. It is so spacious within all 3 compartments, and I love how organized my fridge is now. Love all the apps that come with the fridge as well and that I can hear music and watch tv while I’m cooking. Totally recommend this fridge to anyone who’s looking for lots of space.

I love my smart fridge, very spacious and the feature to look inside through the camera is clutch. Would definitely recommend, if yo are looking for a refrigerator that is sleek and spacious then this is the one. Did I mention the water from the beverage station is so CRISP, like the alps.10/10

Had this refridgerator for a few months now and it has been a great appliance. Still working through figuring out the Samsung Family Hub smart features, of which there is no shortage. Ive connected my amazon and spotify accounts and plan to get a ring doorbell to connect as well. Also, love the dual ice maker and water pitcher feature.

Plenty of room, really like the auto fill water pitcher. So far so food, been a week.

Absolutely love it!!! It’s perfect. The beverage center is my absolute favorite. To be able to add lemon to the water and the fact it fills up on its own. Definitely worth every penny!!!

Love the fridge, space layout etc, but I do not like having to constantly clean the doors. My children leave their smudgy hands all over this thing. I was actually opposed to having (yet another) digital media screen ((do we Really need this in our kitchen?!)) ...however turning on oldies while cooking is so nice, and everyone who visits our home loves the picture slide. Alas, to my Husband's delight, I was wrong.

I love it. Being able to see inside is great. The fact that I can play a slide show of all my pics on the screen is awesome. Integrates with my Alexa. Has so many apps it’s gonna take me a long time to really find out how much it really can do. Finally having an ice maker that works! I love it.

I absolutely love my Samsung refrigerator that I bought from Best Buy. Keeps all the stuff cold has great settings. You can change the middle drawer to freeze or refrigerate. Absolutely love everything about it.

Great storage and organization and the technology is unreal! Kids thinks its another toy lol. Got it opened box for $1690! Brand new still had all plastics and foam, was just missing 2 door shelves which i called Samsung and they are shipping them to me at no cost!

There is so much to love about the fridge and it just got delivered today. I love the family hub, the ability to choose a temperature for the middle drawer, and the hidden beverage center & automatic refill pitcher! I can’t leave 5 stars because the doors aren’t leveled and I have to wait for someone to come see how to fix it next week! Not sure if it’s a defect or what. I haven’t seen anyone else with this issue.

I absolutely love this refrigerator! One of the best purchases I’ve made from the Best Buy outlet store. Looks amazing and works great! It had plenty of storage and it conveniently adds things to my grocery list! I absolutely love it!!

Great fridge we love our upgrade the only complain was the delivery took more than expected and when we contacted Best Buy they said they would give us some cash back for the delay and at the end of the day they didn't keep their word on that!
