    Love all the bells and whistles that comes with this refrigerator! Love the beverage center and the fact the water filter is right up front and easily accessible.

    Please do your research before purchasing Samsung Refrigerators. They are not reliable and there’s literally thousands of complaints regarding their ice makers and faulty design. After our ice maker failed, we found out that there was actually a civil suit against the company for their ice makers. They have very poor customer service. I wouldn’t ever recommend this brand. I’ve read LG has higher rated appliances. Just do your own research and don’t be fooled by the gimmicky smart screens, multi colored doors.

    KNOWN DEFECT - DO NOT BUY

    This refrigerator was purchased brand new a little over a year ago as part of a kitchen remodel, but it has only been in use for about 4 months. BIG PROBLEM - internal water leak. This fridge will leak water slowly until it fill the basin underneath the left side vegetable drawer. Then it eventually "waterfalls" into the freezer directly below, and eventually cascade onto and across my brand new hard wood floors. When I wake up early morning to brew coffee, I will step into a huge puddle in front of the fridge. It then takes 2-3 full size towels to mop up the water front the floor and underneath the vegetable drawer. This type of water leak, according to google, is a known defect with these refrigerators. Will Samsung come to repair? Sure, but you must pre-pay approximately $500 just to get them to show up. Be warned - do not buy this fridge, it is a huge waste of money. I miss my old Frigidaire refrigerator...

    Cannot connect to smart home for full functionalit

    Can’t connect to my smart home and I lose a lot of the functionality of it. Supposedly it’s because my internet is WPA3 and the fridge only supports WPA2. My Samsung tv, microwave all connect with no problems. It’s frustrating. I probably would have purchased the one without the tablet had I known
