    Best buy canceled my order

    I ordered this in November. Was told in December it would be delivered by January 27. February was told that the delivery date was pending. Received 246 email over next two weeks, being told it was out of stock. The person on the phone told me they would let me know when it was shipped to the store and I could pick it up. Received an email stating that the order was canceled and they would process a refund and if i still wanted it i would have to pre order it again and wait like 3-4 months to get in. It matchiles my stove. Not sure what to do cause it wont allow me to order it.

    If you order this item, you won't be getting it for at least 8 months! We purchased it in December 2023, and the delivery date has already been rescheduled 8 times. We still have not gotten it yet, and we won't receive the product until July.
