    First One DOA; Second One Failed at 15 Months

    We bought this refrigerator in December 2023. It didn’t work at all when it was delivered and installed. It took a week to get it replaced with a new one. In March 2025, the freezer stopped working. Three months past the one-year warranty. We got the 3 year geek squad warranty but I think this is my last Samsung appliance.

    Doesn't work, customer service poor

    I bought this fridge brand new, it does not work. Nothing gets cold. I have gone through 2 weeks of phone calls and have gotten no where. samsung is supposed to be sending me a new one. Best buy did nothing to help me. In the mean time I bought a whole set to be a couple months without a fridge.

    It is not fingerprint proof the shelf was broken and the water pitcher overflows and no one bows why but the geek squad has been on it the whole time trying to figure it out so that part is awesome

      The AutoFill water pitcher will stop filling if it detects a leak and will make the icon on the panel blink until the issue is resolved. In most models, this can be fixed by removing the pitcher, allowing the compartment to drain, and then drying it down.

    Samsung fridge non working

    Everything went well as far as purchase and install, but the refrigerator did not work. Everything’s nice on the fridge and well designed I would love it if it works but ever since my purchase till this day I have no fridge. I’ve been in contact with Samsung trying to work something out but I don’t feel like Best Buy should have sold a non working product and waste a customers time and money. Depending on the outcome with Samsung this fridge might be returned do to me holding on to a broken fridge for 2 months.

    Came with dents on the side. Make sure you do a full inspection of your order upon delivery.

    My freezer portion of the refrigerator stopped working after 1 year. Ive tried to get a tech and everytime i go online and choose products covered under my total tech plan i click on the refrigerator and it takes to ad to cart as if i want to buy the piece of crap again. I went in store to try and get an appointment and i was basically told we cant help you, you have to go online.

    It’s broken within two weeks!!!! Over $400 food wasted. Keep call and email them for the food spoilage money and I am waiting it for almost a month now! Still didn’t get any clear answers!!!! Best Buy don’t handle the problem!! Another team called geek squad does!! Now I feel like a ping pong ball have to bounce all over. For a short time use, I’d say don’t buy it. It’s easily to break your fingernails when you are in hurry.

    Purchased Dec 2022. Feb 2024 stopped working. Still owe $1000 on the refrigerator. $125 to come out and look at it. VERY disappointed. We have an old avocado refrigerator from Sears in the garage that we have never had an issue with. Stay away. Too much $$ to not stop working in 2 years.

    We purchased a Samsung 30-inch bespoke french door it broke 3 days later. they came and replaced and the second one was super loud and the beverage dispenser broke. very disappointed.

    Don’t buy this refrigerator, save yourself from headache!!! The sensor of the pitcher is not working properly. Sometimes it fills up and sometimes it does not. Gonna try to return and replace this item since i bought this like 10months ago

    I was supposed to receive a $150 gift card. It was a black Friday purchase never got the card. Best Buy has given me the runaround to my local Best Buy and online. Don’t know what to do. Very upsetting.
