Good fridge but some weird quirks
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It's a good fridge but there are lots of weird little things. The shelf spacing isn't very configurable. If you want one tall shelf in the middle, the other 2 shelf spaces are comically small. You can't store 2 liter soda pop (standing up) anywhere except a little sliding shelf with a notch on the right side. The top shelf seems kind of flimsy. It bows/sags in the middle. If you spill something or just like to deep clean your fridge occasionally, it is an absolute monstrosity to get the bottom two shelves out (above and below the crisper drawers). Specifically the shelf under the water dispenser between the two sets of drawers. It is a magnet for any/all spills and they seep between the glass and plastic. There is nothing in the instructions about how to remove this and all the videos online are showing different fridges. The shorter drawers on the very bottom are great and sturdy even when loaded up with cans of pop. The icemaker ca barely keep up with the 3 of us but we do use a lot of ice. There is an inexplicable gap about 2 inches between the ice cube tray and the cubby it sits in. Enough space for ice to slip in, but not enough space to dig it out. I've played with the temperature a lot and can't figure out how to stop ice crystals from forming on stuff in the freezer.

The outside allows for kids to draw and adults to communicate and if anything holds a clean look. It has a timer on the door which has been great with reminding the family to get what they need and close the doors. We love it, so happy with our purchase.

The auto-fill water pitcher fills quickly and is much cleaner than a dispenser. The two sizes of ice are a wonderful treat. The exterior surface stays looking great with little to no work. We love this fridge for our busy family!

Worked well intil this past weekend less than 2 months after my 2 year warranty ended, the fridge stopped cooling. Awesome coincidence! I did all the hard resets, cleaned the coils in the back, nothing worked. Then it magically cycled through and cooled it back down to 34. Back to last night and today, the fridge has shot back up to 53 degrees, ruining a decent amount of food, and as of now, the freezer is no longer freezing as well. I want to love this prodict, and I hope a simple temprature sensor does the trick to fixing this issue. If it doesnt, ill probably lose all hope in best buy and samsung.

The water is nice and cold which is a plus these days. Only problem is you have to make sure you check the left door to make sure it's closed completely. Freezer space could be larger.

Don't like the configuration of shelves, water pitchers, etc. Do like the auto fill pitcher though. Ice access doesn't make sense. Excellent concept but the lid is hidden where scoop goes after it's opened. Doesn't seem to keep as cold as last one. Frosted freezer from beginning. Install was a freaking nightmare with bb.
