    When my fridge conked out i needed to replace it. Fine folks at Best Buy helped me find one that fitted my needs. Great financing options as well.

    The refrigerator is fine, but the ice maker doesn't work properly and even though it was "fixed" by the Geek Squad technician, it doesn't stay "fixed".

    Don't waste your money

    Haven't had the fridge but a year and 3 months and the compressor is already having issues. Freezer won't get below 19 fridge stays at 39. Also isn't making any ice. Of course it's 3 months out of warranty but hopefully the compressor has a longer warranty, will be calling Samsung to find out. But wanted to let others know to spend your hard earned money on something that will actually last.

    Absolutely disappointed with Samsung's quality as the Refrigerator breaks down after 4 months of owning it. The cooling and freezer stopped working, and spoil all the food that was inside. I'm expected a better product by a Major company like Samsung. I have TV, and monitor that last much longer than this Fridge. A $1600 fridge that works less than 6 months is really disappointing. I had a LG fridge that still works for 10+ years. Even the Samsung technician that came to check said it was a major problem. Stay away from Samsung appliances.
