Needed a large fridge for the family and thought this would be a good fit as I've had good experience with other Samsung products. Both times the unit has stopped cooling. This experience has been very disappointing so far. I cannot recommend Samsung refrigerators based off this experience.

Not the $ price but the hassle of a delivery, with delivery people who can not understand English or directions. Also the truck driver made a rut down the side of my driveway that is going to take alot of time to fix. I had such an awful experience I am paying off the new credit card and will never shop here again. I even cancelled the matching microwave.

Freezer won't get below 19 fridge stays at 39. Also isn't making any ice. Of course it's 3 months out of warranty but hopefully the compressor has a longer warranty, will be calling Samsung to find out. But wanted to let others know to spend your hard earned money on something that will actually last.
