The refrigerator is the best purchase considering both the lowest and highest price options. The interior distribution and features showcase excellence at a pretty good price point. The fridge offers a perfect balance of space and additional features, including a jar that automatically fills with water. Overall, it is a great balance of price and features.

This is a great fridge for its "sale price" (usually on sale). There is plenty of room for storing food and drinks. The sliding shleves are great! The best feature is the auto refil pitcher. Refills in about 1 minute! I wish the ice maker was designed differently. It is sometimes difficult to side the door and put the scooper back with a cup in my hand.

Awesome refrigerator and freezer. Wife loves it! Makes 2 kinds of ice and has a large storage in the drawer so you don’t run out. Very a lot of storage area! I would recommend this product!

First one we got failed in under a month and we lost hundreds in groceries. This was a large fridge and we just bought the house so we stocked up. I didnt expect a fridge I just almost spent $2k on to break. After pulling teeth back and forth best buy agreed to replace it. It has been just over a year and the 2nd one is now broken with the same issue as the first. Samsung is telling me sorry youre out of the first year warranty period. That will be another $130 just to have someone come diagnose it for you. Im waiting for that to happen and I will probably cry if Im given the run around as to why it doesnt fall under a certain parameter. I just want to be refunded and get something different. This has been one of the worst experiences. Stay away from Samsung appliances.

Fridge is great. Looks nice, and functions well. After plugged in it cooled down very quickly. My wife wanted the White Glass Panels to match our kitchen color. It looks nice but I do miss having handles on the face of the doors to open and close the fridge. Thats why I only gave 4 it stars. Its a personal preference and no big deal. I like the water pitcher auto refill inside the left door. You will always have a pitcher of cold water handy and really convenient for making coffee. Over all its a great fridge!

Favorite thing is the automatic water refill pitcher! Nice clean lines, takes some getting used too with no handles on the front:)

The middle flap doesnt always reset when opening and closing the door. Also the freezer has ice build up that can affect the drawers opening.

My family initially loved this refrigerator. It boasted convenient features like an ice maker in the freezer and a water pitcher in the fridge. The fridge itself was impressively spacious, accommodating everything we needed to store. However, our initial satisfaction turned into frustration after just four months of use. We began noticing issues such as the freezer failing to keep ice cream adequately cold, and the ice in the freezer melting and refreezing. In response to these problems, we reached out to Samsung Support, hoping for a solution. After extensive troubleshooting with their technician and Samsung's customer support team, it was disheartening to learn that the refrigerator was deemed unserviceable under warranty. The situation remains unresolved, and we are eagerly awaiting the next steps in this frustrating ordeal. Considering the significant amount we invested in this appliance, the fact that it has malfunctioned so quickly is truly perplexing and disappointing.
