Good refrigerator and best quality if we have kids

This refrigerator was wonderful prior to breaking but we had it for less than two years before the cooling system broke. When the technician came out to look at it the inside temp on the fridge was 52 degrees. I will give samsung props for the fact that it was covered under manufacturer warranty and therefore instead of fixing it they gave us a full refund BUT the refund process took so long and involved having a technician at the house and about 15 conversations with Samsung following up on what the next steps were and all the paperwork we had to send, etc. The fridge broke April 19th and we didn’t get the refund until June, and at least 3-4 of those weeks we didn’t know if we should buy another fridge because they also acted like just sending us a completely new fridge was an option instead of a refund. Ultimately happy with the fridge while it was working but after it broke I heard a ton of horror stories about Samsung refrigerators from friends and family. I would recommend going for a different brand all together.

It's easy to use!! I would have preferred a white one.

After my refrigerator went out, I had to wait for the delivery a couple days. The Samsung failed to freeze, and the refrigerator started to warm. It lost its cooling temp. I had to get a replacement, new refrigerator and would not take another Samsung. Got an LG instead.

Very handy layout and massive in size! The auto fill pitcher is very handy, and with that being filtered water along with the ice, its very tasty as well. Lots of room for everything, we love it!

I love having so much space with the 30 cu. ft. Having the extra drawers without taking away from the shelving space is excellent. The freezer is so accessible and easy to keep organized with the features it has.

My wife loves the new fridge. It keeps the lettuce and fruits fresh for a more extended period. I love that it connects to Samsung Smart Things because it tells you the temp and whether the door is open. You can also adjust the temp from the phone. Dual ice bin big and small pieces of ice.

We love our refrigerator! It’s so easy to stay organized and adjust to fit our needs with the adjustable shelving.

Love this fridge, only thing is the obnoxious dinging.. Yes i know i left the door open.. you dont have to wake the kids over it lol

It's a very well designed refrigerator. Nice finish on the exterior with an elegant touch, and the inside is well constructed with room for lots of goodies. The water pitcher is simply a bonus. The water tastes great. It's a must purchase for anyone who's looking to buy a medium to large refrigerator.

cant open the fridges right shelf when you open right door and you must open both doors just to open right bottom shelf that's really annoying and really complicated for me if it wasn't like that then it would be a perfect fridge

absolutely love my new fridge. it is so spacious and bigger than any other fridge we have had.

The fridge broke with 20 days of receiving it, it completely stop cooling. Best Buy return policy for non-member is 15 days and they refuse to do anything about it. I had to work with samsung for over 2 months to get anything resolved. They could not find one company to service the fridge in my area and had to issue me a “full” refund and sent me back to Best Buy. PLEASE KNOW: Best Buy refund me what the current sale price of the fridge is and not what I paid at the time. At this point it had been 4 months since the purchase. They also only issue it as store credit even thought Samsung said they are writing a waiver for a full refund back to my original form of payment and even before pick up of the fridge, Best Buy guarantee refund back to original payment. Will never buy from Best Buy again, Also friends don’t let friends buy a Samsung product!

Very nice refrigerator Freezer Combo. Two things that we are having trouble getting used to is no door handles and the ice maker in the freezer. Other than that we love it. We are progressing on the issues I mentioned.

Great fridge, very attractive No more taking everything out of the fridge to find one thing in the fridge. We expect less spoiled food because its pushed into the back and lost forever. Or in drawers we cant see in. Awesome upgrade.

My kids love the fridge. They are able to open it at their height with no issues and get what they need. I like the app reminders when things need to be replaced or updated.

This was the best decision we ever made when buying a frig. It beeps if the doors are not closed all the way. And my kids and husband loves the two different size ice cubs. I would recommend this Frig to anyone looking to upgrade.
