    Had the fridge since Nov 2022. Amazing size, freezer, and water pircher. Worked well intil this past weekend less than 2 months after my 2 year warranty ended, the fridge stopped cooling. Awesome coincidence! I did all the hard resets, cleaned the coils in the back, nothing worked. Then it magically cycled through and cooled it back down to 34. Back to last night and today, the fridge has shot back up to 53 degrees, ruining a decent amount of food, and as of now, the freezer is no longer freezing as well. I want to love this prodict, and I hope a simple temprature sensor does the trick to fixing this issue. If it doesnt, ill probably lose all hope in best buy and samsung.

    Samsung garbage

    Samsung bespoke products are terrible.every single appliance has had issues 2 months in from purchase . Refrigerator leaked from ice maker freezing . Dishwasher fell apart and everything bought at same time all have different warranty dates for some odd reason . Paint chips off they won’t cover under warranty I do not recommend these products to any one . Find a better source or company

    Good fridge but clean the pitcher

    Always check and clean the pitcher. I always see mold on the cover and the small container where you put the lemon

    You cant clean it!

    We bought this refrigerator based on the good reviews, but none mentioned the difficulties with cleaning and the poor design for removing the shelves. If you like to keep your refrigerator clean, avoid this model. The design is so bad that I had to use a YouTube video to figure out how to clean the lower shelf, which is attached to the filter system. The glass is locked by two pieces of plastic that cannot be detached without taking the whole shelf apart, and the doors do not open 90 degrees, making this process even more difficult. The plastic is so hard that you have to be careful not to break the locks, and the glass is very thin. You have to be patient and delicate with this poorly designed product.

    Freezer and ice maker broke within 3 months

    I bought this refrigerator end of December 2023 and last week our ice maker stopped working. I called samsung did all the trouble shooting they suggested and nothing worked. They scheduled my service repair and 2 days later my freezer stopped working and all my food was thawed out and spoiled. I called samsung back told them what was going on and still had me go through hoops and do troubleshooting steps. I was told they would not schedule a service repair for the freezer until the ice maker repair was completed. I am very disappointed with my experience with this samsung refrigerator. Im worried the refrigerator part will go out next before anything gets fixed. Im ready to take the refrigerator to my nearest best buy and return it and get a new and different refrigerator.

    Not worth the money

    A lot of space inside. The only bad thing is the ice maker doesn’t make enough ice. It only makes a couple of glasses of ice a day.

    Nice Looking. Terrible Quality

    These fridges are 2.5 year timebombs. Their compressor systems will leak and the entire fridge will stop cooling. DO NOT BUY. Their warranty system is a nightmare. If you do buy, KEEP YOU RECEIPT or Samsung will 1000% not honor any warranty. You have been warned.

    It was a nice unit for the first two years, then at 2 years and 1 week the freezer died which requires almost $1500. to repair. So sad that the quality is not there for such an expensive fridge. will switch brands next time.
