I am a Samsung products fan. All off the previous Samsung products I have bought never had an issue. If it did, it was resolved quickly. My fam wanted to update our fridge and we bought this together as a Christmas gift to ourselves. We like the size, design and features. I was even happy that it can connect to my cell phone. After one month of having it, it stopped working. The fridge wont stay cool for both Fridge and Freezer. I can't return it anymore since it is past the return deadline. Glad we got the warranty. Someone came to check on it today and he said, it's the compressor. Now, just waiting for it to be fix. Hopefully, will get someone soon.

The fridge is massive. We’re a family of 6 and need an abundance of space. So far it works wonderfully.

Best fridge I have ever purchased I wanted a fridge and I got way more than that I bought a water purifier and a water dispenser this is both and a great ice maker it has such an easy way to remove the water filter too great purchase

Great fridge, tons of room. Miss the door handles but a great fridge. Our seems to be leaking from ice maker as ice is making a huge block of one of the trays. Best Buy is amazing and no fuss to get us a new one sent out.

I did not plug in the water source because dont want water issues, but other than that it has been a great upgrade no problems at all

The Samsung Bespoke 30” 3 door refrigerator is a dream.We never run out of ice and you never run out of cold filtered water, the pitcher automatically refills. I was surprised at how much food that I could store, much more than my side-by-side.

Refrigerator is very quiet, you can't even tell it's running except for the lights are on!

I love everything about this refrigerator so far. My favorite is the ice holders & the infused water pitcher it came with. I always get compliments on it when ppl come over as well. It’s a beautiful design that matches the whole room. I also love the fact that it has no handles because my kids break everything like they did to the handles on our last fridge. It’s a smart design.

Tremendous storage capacity! I've never run out of space even at family holidays!

This fridge was amazing! We loved the auto fill pitcher, the spaciousness, and the ice bucket with it's two different ice cube sizes. However, it has stopped working after only 20 months of use! Do not buy this fridge if you want something that lasts! If you choose to purchase this product anyway, be aware that there are a limited number of techs available for warranty work and you may be out of a fridge for an undetermined period of time.

Love the double French doors. And the slider on the bottom. I didn’t realize buying the French doors was going to be so helpful on my back !!! I use to have the side by side and bending over all the way to the bottom for some fruit took a toll ! lol Now that I’ve bought this It has made living a lot easier. All though it was damaged at pick up due to the straps hook in the front. I made sure to purchase the Best Buy membership which rewards me with a new set of panels for the fridge !!! THANKS AGAIN

The stainless steel finish for this fridge was a must for me and overall Im very happy with this fridge. The water filter/ filter, the built in icemaker and being able to control temperature settings makes this fridge very amazing to use, biggest fridge i have ever used as well, you can alot of food, drinks etc in this fridge its insane!
