Let down by big corporate, no surprise there.

Sad that a large company like best buy doesn't just do the right thing. If I had it to do over I would but the same refrigerator from someone else.

Terrible Fridge with know issues and they keep sel

We’ve had the fridge for 5 months and it will no longer cool or freeze. Dealing with Samsung and Best Buy customer service on this has been a nightmare. Going on 2+ weeks without having a fridge in our house and still looks like another 8-10 days for it to be fixed… maybe. If I could give a negative rating I would. Will never buy another Samsung product again based on this experience.
