The freezer has stopped working, and the fridge only cools to about 42 degrees. DO NOT BUY THIS. Samsung Customer Service is the worst to deal with and no one has contacted me to fix it in a week. They keep telling me a technician will contact me in 24-48 hours. Its been well over that. If I could give this fridge 0 stars I would.

Freezer won't get below 19 fridge stays at 39. Also isn't making any ice. Of course it's 3 months out of warranty but hopefully the compressor has a longer warranty, will be calling Samsung to find out. But wanted to let others know to spend your hard earned money on something that will actually last.

Needed a large fridge for the family and thought this would be a good fit as I've had good experience with other Samsung products. Both times the unit has stopped cooling. This experience has been very disappointing so far. I cannot recommend Samsung refrigerators based off this experience.
