    I purchased a Samsung Bespoke French Door Refrigerator on March 1st, 2023 and it was delivered 03/08/2023. The refrigerator stopped cooling on 10/16/2023, less than 1 year after purchase. I contacted Samsung and they dispatch a technician to come out an assess the issue. The technician arrived onsite 10/18/2023 @ 8PM and determined we had a bad compressor. He stated he would be in contact with us when the part came in and come back out to install. We waited over a week (12 days) for him to come back out and install the part. On 10/30/2023 the new compressor was installed by a Samsung Technician. We let the refrigerator run and cool off for 24 hours as the technician told us. We contacted Samsung AGAIN on 11/01/2023 to report our ice machine was not working and we never had an issue before now. On 11/04/2023 the refrigerator STOPPED COOLING AGAIN and my groceries are ruin, yet AGAIN! 2 sets of groceries ruined due to a horrible appliance! This is ridiculous. Samsung has refused to refund me my money or replace the refrigerator. I will NEVER buy another Samsung!

    Do not Recommend... Beware

    It worked great for 5 weeks then slowly stopped cooling! Still waiting on warranty service for 2 weeks now.... Be regret in buying this refrigerator! I wish I could get a refund and buy a different brand. Do not buy unless you only want cold food for a little while.

    Cooling issue after 2 months of purchase

    I had purchased this refrigerator in November. 2 months later it completely stopped cooling. Samsung sent someone out to fix it. Great it works! It is July and it is again not cooling. I've called Samsung they scheduled someone to come out, but they never showed the ticket was closed. I had to keep calling Samsung due to tech but coming out. It is finally the middle of August and someone comes out diagnosed the issues was a leak in the line. I had to wait another week for the parts to come in and now today the tech comes out and states that it is not repairable. Now I'm on the phone arguing with Samsung to get a refund. Customer service is horrible!!

    Was delivered with multiple dents in the doors. Delivery guy noted it I called Best Buy left messages no one ever called me back

    First One DOA; Second One Failed at 15 Months

    We bought this refrigerator in December 2023. It didn’t work at all when it was delivered and installed. It took a week to get it replaced with a new one. In March 2025, the freezer stopped working. Three months past the one-year warranty. We got the 3 year geek squad warranty but I think this is my last Samsung appliance.

    I bought this fridge brand new, it does not work. Nothing gets cold. I have gone through 2 weeks of phone calls and have gotten no where. samsung is supposed to be sending me a new one. Best buy did nothing to help me. In the mean time I bought a whole set to be a couple months without a fridge.

    First the refrigerator is beautiful. Second it is quality item. Everything is sturdy, quite, easy to open - ice maker and water pitcher operates flawlessly. Last the design of the 30 cubic ft makes it huge, there is room for everything and so well organized in shelving, drawers customization of those as well. Very, very pleased

    the refrigerator is great, the delivery people broke my fence and best buy is giving me radio silence. Sad that a large company like best buy doesn't just do the right thing. If I had it to do over I would but the same refrigerator from someone else.

    Look wise great, but not a product to be proud of as per my personnel experience. Got first freeze stopped cooling and ice making in 3-4 days. Then Best buy fulfilled their commitment by replacing malfunctioning freeze, but this time, it came with lose tray and the left door squeaks, every time you open and close, either it was a Demo product supplied on second time or Its Samsung Quality.

    It is not fingerprint proof the shelf was broken and the water pitcher overflows and no one bows why but the geek squad has been on it the whole time trying to figure it out so that part is awesome

      The AutoFill water pitcher will stop filling if it detects a leak and will make the icon on the panel blink until the issue is resolved. In most models, this can be fixed by removing the pitcher, allowing the compartment to drain, and then drying it down.

    I think the Bespoke is a bulky, beautifully designed refrigerator freezer. Unfortunately, the only thing that worked well in my unit were the lights and water dispenser.
