Great refrigerator. Very clean looking, keeps very thing the correct temperature. Can order interchangeable front panels to charge the color of the unit.

I am extremely disappointed with my refrigerator purchase and the service that followed. I bought a 2-year warranty plan with Best Buy, and right after those 2 years expired, the water dispenser stopped working. I contacted Samsung directly, and they told me the part I needed wasn’t available. Instead of resolving the issue, they tried to charge me and even suggested I purchase another water filter—even though I had already bought two genuine Samsung filters and was still having the same problem. It’s been over a month now, and the issue remains unresolved. The customer service from Samsung has been terrible—unhelpful, dismissive, and unwilling to stand behind their product. For the cost of this appliance, I expected much better quality and support. I am genuinely questioning purchasing any more Samsung products again after this experience.

Love it. It’s state of the state of the art. Easy to clean, lots of room and space! I love the fact that it only makes just enough ice for your need instead of over making ice. Recommend this to anyone looking for a new fridge.

The beverage center is worth it and plenty of space.The ice is at the bottom so it won't break the electrical if the ice melts.

Wife loves it, it is useful and very spacious. Without panels is weird.

Love this refrigerator. Only have had it for about a month. I’m crazy over the beverage door and the 2 types of ice it makes. Would highly recommend. I like that you can change the panels in different colors.

I absolutely love my new fridge and especially the beverage center. Makes my life so easy with the amount of water I drink. No more plastic water bottles!!

Aesthetically it is perfect for my kitchen. I would give it a 5 star but the ice makers which makes 2 different size ice does not make enough ice. The ice bins seems to be empty and may produce ice that fills two glasses a day only.
