    This was an open box and we got a really good deal on it! Just because it was open doesn’t mean something’s broken! Maybe a few scratches but def worth what we paid for!!!! My favorite part is the automatic refillable water pitcher!

    Owned this refrigerator for almost 2.5 years and the compressor has failed already. It may be under warranty but if not the repair will cost to much to make sense. We went with Samsung even after our previous fridge had multiple issues with the ice maker and this one having a new design (in refer vs in freezer). Samsungs warranty repair cost $140 just to look at then parts will be ordered. Who knows how long we will be without a $3000 2.5 year old fridge.
