Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Best Buy offered an exceptional service selling us the fridge but the only thing was that we purchased the fridge thinking it was available as soon as we put in the order. It wasn’t. We were told it was delayed not once, not twice but the date changed nearly 4 times just to have the fridge delayed 6 weeks after the purchase date. That’s insane and we are irritated. The least Best Buy could do is to check with the manufacturer for availability and tell us “oh if you want that fridge, it will be a 6-8 week wait”, etc, etc. pretty awful.

Had a lot of problems that needed to be fixed including rusting on the front of it but this new fridge is really great. Looks and works perfectly.

Free went above and beyond however not very happy with the fridge. There seems to be condensation which can be seen in the front of the refrigerator door.

I bought a refrigerator and I was able to use the refrigerator 15 days after the purchase... I would like you to improve this type of problem, thank you

The refrigerator is very good but only two panels came instead of three. They canceled the order on bottom panel and we had to re-order and request another install which took another week.
