    Cool fridge (pun intended)

    So far very happy with the Bespoke (even if the name is weird) - replaced a 15 yr old Samsung that fought the good fight getting abused by a houseful of teenagers - figured if that one held up to the trauma we inflicted on it, another Samsung is worth a shot.

    The fridge has unique design with a beverage center. The only issues was with delivery, however the store was very accommodating.

    Very large and a big disappointment.

    Never had a French door fridge, but this was a big disappointment. It was really deep, meaning a lot of stuff gets lost on the bag. The interior of the door storage was really shallow and could not fit as much as my side by side. Food in the freezer got frost/ ice on the outside of the containers within a day or two, and things in the fridge got frozen (lettuce, for example). Ultimately we returned it.

    Great fridge, HORRIBLE BEST BUY customer service

    LOVE our fridge but the installation process has been a complete nightmare- we will absolutely never shop with Best Buy again due to the lack of customer service we have received. We ordered installation services through BEST BUY which we didn’t realize would be completed by a 3rd party company. The 3rd party company broke our emergency water shut off valve and promised Best Buy would take care of it. Best Buy submitted a claim to Sedgewick who is stating since it was a 3rd party company they will need to take care of it. I didn’t contract with the 3rd party company- I trusted Best Buy, apparently a big mistake. Now I’m stuck with a $900 plumber bill for the damage that was caused to my home.

    Worst samsung refrigerator Do research before majo

    Worst samsung product ever made Unfortunately, we read the reviews after purchasing.After we started having problems, the freezer shuts down.The light doesn't work on random Days and the automatic water seller doesn't work constantly. It gets incredibly hot so we added a fan and still. The refrigerator shuts running ruining hundreds of dollars of fpossibly 3 times a year. We've contact Samsung best. Buy is even written to CEO. And have sent many emails.Nothing works.Be careful if you buying this product odds R you will get stuck with decoration.

    Great Product, terrible service

    Terrible service from bestbuy reps, Fridge came damged and they refuse to help replace and also it came missing parts and does not want to give me my missing parts. Great fridge but buy from somewhere else.

    Freezer stopped working in 4 months

    This is a big, nice refrigerator. It would be great if it worked. On top of having to wait a month and a half for best buy to deliver it, we had it from February to June and the freezer has stopped working. At first it just slowed ice production for a week or so, then stopped making ice all together. Now its barely a cooler. We didn’t buy the Best Buy product protection scam/plan, so we’re waiting a week for Samsung to send someone out. Everything is a gamble because nothing is made to quality anymore. Good luck.

    worst fridge we have ever owned.I notice most great reviews are from newer owners.It pretty,sleek,you can change colors all great as long as you dont want it to seal correctly,keep a constant temp throughout,make ice correctly,and not have cheap plastic door stops break off after just 3 months.The freezer door hasnt sealed correctly from day one.We bought the extra warranty so will see how this goes.Owned for less then 2 years I would never buy again

    Junk refrigerator

    I don't recommend this refrigerator to any customer i bought the refrigerator 30 days ago, the doors not line up, the water not coming out, when i call best buy technical support i didn't get any help, they want me to pay $150 for someone to come out for troubleshooting, the lady in phone she lies to me, she said it's not longer in warranty.

    Sadly, mine failed

    I loved this refrigerator so much - the color choices (NOT stainless steel!), beverage center and fact that there were no handles. Unfortunately mine stopped working in less than 3 weeks. I decided to replace it with a more reliable brand. Samsung makes great phones, but i wont buy another appliance from them. I'm truly sad about this as I loved the refrigerator conceptually. Maybe i just got a lemon, but I dont want to risk having another one fail.

    Ice machine slow

    Takes days for the ice to fill up. Received it on Tuesday. It’s Thurs night and the ice cube trays aren’t even half full. Kind of ridiculous.

    Do not purchase Samsung

    Should have listened to the bad reviews about purchasing from Samsung. I purchased this fridge from a competitor and the fridge wasn’t properly packaged. One shelf fell during transport because it wasn’t secured and shattered another. Samsung said they would take responsibility after several hours on calls with customer service and still not resolved. Now I have a fridge with broken shelf and shards of glass.
