I never thought I'd be excited about a refrigerator! I had been looking so long for a white one. I loved the Samsung 3 Door Bespoke the minute I saw it. The RF30BB660012/AA model came with the white panels I needed. It also had both the pitcher AND the water dispenser. The other white one had just the pitcher. Be careful when you order! The freezer was at zero less than four hours after it was installed. The Bespoke was so quiet that I had to check periodically to make sure it was working! Congrats to Samsung for designing such a unique and amazing refrigerator. The dual ice maker with the mini cubes is a great idea. The sleek design of the front of the Bespoke gives it a stylish and elegant look. The amount of space in this refrigerator is remarkable. The option of various colors of panels is beneficial for those who might redecorate in the future or those who just want to have a fun change. Thanks, Samsung and Best Buy! I love this refrigerator!!

This is our second French-door refrigerator, and we much prefer this style over side-by-side models because of the superior usable space. After our 3-year-old GE failed due to a water line issue with no parts available, Best Buy replaced it with a brand of our choice, and we selected Samsung. Switching from a side-by-side to French-door changed how we used water and ice features. Door-mounted ice systems take away interior space, and interior water dispensers make filling pitchers difficult. Samsung’s Beverage Center solves this by providing easy through-the-door access, a ledge that can fill a gallon pitcher, and an auto-fill infusion container for flavored water. Some layout differences going from GE to Samsung took getting used to: Samsung’s thicker doors mean less door storage; the four equal-size drawers changed how we store leftovers; and the fridge doors open slightly less wide. None of these were dealbreakers. We prefer the Samsung overall—especially the Beverage Center—but the ice maker is slow. It produces two ice types, which we enjoy, but it took the whole weekend before three people could use ice without emptying the bin, and it requires manually pulling ice forward. However, Samsung’s ice system has great additions like a full shield to prevent ice spills, a sliding door over the ice tray to reduce clumping, and an included scoop. We haven’t yet used the Bespoke panels, though swapping them looks simple and the panels are affordable. Replacement filters purchased through Samsung are also reasonably priced. Although we were initially hesitant about Korean brands due to perceived reliability issues, we learned Samsung reuses core components across models, improving parts availability and lowering repair costs. Since appliances rarely last more than 10 years today, I have adopted the philosophy of buying a 5-year warranty and saving for the next repair or replacement cycle.

Love everything about this product. So sleek and modern. the Amount of space in this Fridge is AMAZING. Having the beverage center is a game changer for my kids. Keeps the rest of the food cold while they grab their drinks and small snacks. Can’t wait to buys some panels to customize the colors!! The ice maker is by far my favorite part!!

Not only is it a beautiful refrigerator, but it is spacious, well-organized, easy to clean, and has superior features, such as the two trays of ice, which are always replenished and there when you need ice (no more dealing with messy ice makers that freeze up and have to be turned off for a day) and the absolutely delicious water in the convenient beverage center. We are using the existing Samsung water filter and I have tested the water and found it to be very pure. I also tested the pH of the water and it is 8, which is desirably alklaline and good for health. I find I feel much better when I drink alkaline water and now I have it on tap through my refrigerator! This refrigerator has been a game-changer for us. (No more carrying gallons of water from my car into my house.) My other refrigerator was a 10-year-old LG, which was nice enough, but parts had broken, the ice maker was unreliable and the water had begun to taste terrible no matter how often the filter was changed. I can't describe the joy of just going into my kitchen to get a drink of water from the Samsung. There are also no lost food products hidden behind rows of other products. This refrigerator is large enough that I can easily see everything that is in it. This Samsung fridge is very well-designed inside and out, an all-new refrigerator experience.

I love this refrigerator. I like the smart features with the app and the energy usage details. It's very light on energy use, which is really nice. I like the autofill water pitcher (I put Lipton Ice Tea bags in mine) and the water dispenser is tall enough for those 40oz cups. Plenty of space for many things. I like the two sizes of ice available. I have to turn off the ice maker often because it makes ice faster than I can use it. I love the beverage center, it's nice to be able to grab a yogurt/protein drink without having to fish through the whole fridge.

We love this refrigerator! Both the refrigerator and the freezer are so big and hold lots of food! We especially like the two types of ice, regular cubes and ice bites! The Beverage Center in the door is so handy, especially the ever full pitcher of water. You can even infuse fruit in the water with the compartment in the pitcher. There is room for quick access items above the water pitcher too. The door shelf is large enough to hold milk and other large containers. We are very happy with our purchase.

Very roomy, modern, looks more like a closet than a fridge, no handles but you’ll get use to it, 2 ice sizes, beverage center, water pitcher and dispenser are very useful. For the price (Was on sale), a very good buy

Love the beverage center with the auto fill pitcher! Makes it so much easier to fill the coffee pot or large water bottles. I absolutely did not want in door ice since they cause so many issues so I love the two types of ice in the freezer drawer. Plenty of fridge space. I have empty drawers still because it’s so much space

This is a great refrigerator so far! Looks amazing in my space. I love that there is nothing on the front, just smooth stainless steel. The beverage center with diffuser pitcher is awesome and I LOVE the dual ice maker!! The inside is huge and well lit and the drawers slide very smoothly. The freezer section has a ton of space and everything is easy to get to. I would definitely recommend this refrigerator.

So far it has been an awesome refrigerator. Very large refrigerator portion. It is also a couple inches deeper than our other fridge which makes a pretty big difference. Ice maker with cubed ice and ice bites are good, and the beverage center access door is awesome with the autofill water pitcher inside.

We have had this refrigerator for about two months, and we absolutely love it! I love the white glass front, it's easy to clean and it looks fabulous in our kitchen! The freezer is spacious and divided out nicely so nothing gets lost. We also LOVE the large and small automatic ice trays. The drink station is our favorite feature to keep extra drinks and get our filtered water from the self filling pitcher or the dispenser. The refrigerator itself is configured nicely and spacious. The only minor issue that's not a really big issue.. is that the drink station takes up what would be extra condiment storage. Condiment storage is reduced to one side of the door.. still plenty of storage elsewhere, just not as easy to access as the door is. All and all, one of our best purchases!!!

Very nice looking Samsung refrigerator. I bought it for my son and his kids. The beverage center is a great hit for them. The ice maker with two different ices is another big hit. This is so easy to receive both with no work on their part. When delivered the workers carefully unpacked and took the old fridge out and brought in the new one. They explained how it works and how to clean it, and how to open it. Lol that’s a trick with no handles on it. They told us the temp was already set on it at the factory. No need to mess with it. That seems to be the problem when you move the temperature controls so they don’t touch it. They explained that the geek squad at there store were familiar with Samsung refrigerators so if repair are needed they will be able to fix them. So far so good! Refrigerators have really changed from the 70’s !

This refrigerator is incredible! It is sleek and modern, and the inside is huge! Super spacious and functional. The dual ice makers and drink center is super convenient too!

Love this fridge. Its so much bigger than out old one. I like the water dispenser and the autofill pitcher feature. The wife loves the dual ice maker. We used to have a counter top ice maker because she likes to chew on ice but now it’s built in the the fridge. Cleared our counter space.

Love this refrigerator. Lots of room for everything. Beverage center is the best, cold water dispenser and self filling pitcher for flavored water, and lots of ice, 2 sizes of cubes. Very quite and very efficient.

The refrigerator has worked perfectly, and the installation/set-up was quickly and professionally done. Every function to the refrigerator was easy to grasp and the instructions from the installer were sufficient to cover anything encountered to date. I enjoy the relatively simplicity of the design, the exceptionally laid out interior space, the dual ice maker, and the neat beverage door. The clean design of the doors makes keeping them clean and fingerprint free easy. The Samsung Bespoke refrigerator was a great choice!

Replacing a 12 year old Samsung. Although it is same size this Bespoke is arranged to fit more easily. The dual ice is a far better feature than I expected. Water inside the door keeps grandkids from making mess on floor. The self filling pitcher is awesome.
