    November 24, 2024 today. Delivery no show first day I took off work. Told delivery truck broke down. Second delivery day - they would not install waterline stating corrosion and water not working - Stated I needed a plumber. No corrosion and water worked fine that visit . See attached photos. They left without performing work. Third day - how many days do I have to miss work. I ran water prior to them coming again to see if clean. It was good. Told they will not connect fridge to copper water line. Shut off valve 5-6 feet away from fridge under kitchen sink. Window for visits - no choice - whole day. Would not accommodate me. Missed two weekdays of work and Saturday. They were informed of copper water pipe and no turn off valve directly behind fridge at the beginning and during many conversations. I hope to God this fridge works. Do not expect Bestbuy to help or to be straight - you will be transferred from person to person with no help. For my inconvenience - They offered enough to cover less than 10 minutes of my normal earnings. Going to redo kitchen and will not use them. They know what they are doing. They balance it out and do not care. I do not see my first review posted.

    Don’t buy!!!

    I have always been a Samsung fan when it comes to the electronics but I can’t say that for the appliances. This is my second Samsung fridge and I regret my decision on giving them another shot. Our first fridge had problems with the ice maker. It was a known problem with no fix by Samsung. We were making ice the old fashion way with ice cube trays after that. Fast forward only few years and we are ready to purchase a fridge with a working ice maker. I was looking in the direction of an LG but this one caught our eye. The ice maker was located in the freezer and not the fridge. Maybe they figured it out and with two types of ice. We rolled the dice and boom. After a few months we noticed less ice being made with the bigger ice cubes. Then the small ice just turning into one big block of ice. Only used Samsung filters, replaced the water line just for giggles…. Nope. After running all the troubleshooting and talking with reps they finally sent someone out to replace the ice makers. After the replacement everything was working great… for a bit. Now its the end of the warranty. Same issue. They won’t send anyone out just to replace the ice makers and charge for the work. Nope….. they have to send someone out and charge a diagnostics fee also. It’s the same issue as before when they came out. Now it’s the same price as getting a different fridge to replace ice makers that I’m sure will go out in about a year at best. If you look online you can see the many unhappy customers and the comments of “it’s a Sumsung”. Beware!!!

    The fridge is okay but the install and customer service regarding damage to the floor in my kitchen has not been resolved. I’ve called multiple times to be told each time that they would need just 24-48 more hours to get back to me. Yet it’s months later and no contact.

    Buyer Beware!

    I wanted to love this fridge. I do like the size and white glass panels, LOVED the "idea" that I would always have a cold pitcher of water waiting inside and two trays of ice...... I have been having issues for a couple months with the auto pitcher not filling (except for 2-3 ounces of water) I attempted all the troubleshooting items including checking water line and pressure, trying to look for condensation, etc. At the same time our ice maker slowed ice making to a crawl. MAYBE 6 cubes a day - If at all. I the did the troubleshooting including the reset on the ice maker (which is tough to find and get to!) (I did not get an extended service plan through BB) So this is Samsung Warranty only. I finally took the time to make a service request and the first service company contacted me and then promptly cancelled the appointment that I did not know I even had stating they had scheduling conflict. Then Samsung contacted me the next day to tell me another company would contact me. The second repair company contacted me to make an appointment more than a week out (we are now at @2 WEEKS for repair). Yesterday Morning I noticed the fridge and contents seemed very warm. I kept changing the temp on wall but it seemed to show the set temp only. I then unplugged and plugged it back in and the current temp now displays of 59 degrees. It seemed to want to cool but hours later was back at 59 degrees. I unplugged and plugged again and same thing. I have asked Samsung repeatedly what I do without a working fridge for another week (which is unacceptable!) I had been loosing meat and milk quickly and maybe it was warmer all along and I hadn't noticed. The "Actual" temp didn't display until I unplugged and plugged it back in. I am now on the phone again with Samsung and they have tried to call the authorized repair center I am assigned to and can't get through to them with 3 total phone attempts. I am kindly asking for someone to take responsibility for the $2000 non cooling , non working fridge currently in my kitchen. Please help me. Please. I have my family in town (guests in my home and I have to do all my shopping again now to feed them) I have lost my food. ** update. Repair tech is supposed to come today. I am concerned that my issues will return later and I will be out of warranty. I will try to update my review. I will not have confidence in Samsung Fridge again.

    Horrible service and lies “Best Buy is the issue!!

    Horrible experience, ordered an expensive fridge and they bring me out one that has a cut in the box, get home and several drawers were broken these drawers were very expensive. I live really far away about 1 hour and could not get help from customer service. I was promised a $400 refund and they never gave it to me. Horrible service. Will never buy an appliance from them again. They even sent one guy outside to load the fridge. No wonder it was broken

    Owned this refrigerator for almost 2.5 years and the compressor has failed already. It may be under warranty but if not the repair will cost to much to make sense. We went with Samsung even after our previous fridge had multiple issues with the ice maker and this one having a new design (in refer vs in freezer). Samsungs warranty repair cost $140 just to look at then parts will be ordered. Who knows how long we will be without a $3000 2.5 year old fridge.

    My fridge was delivered and installed.... Delivery folks made sure the water line was hooked up and went on their way. Woke up the next morning and my refrigerator was 62° inside. No ice, no cold, no nothing.... The food that I had in there is ruined.... We called Tech Support at 4 AM and she scheduled an appointment for 4 days away..... later on I received a phone call from Best Buy support and they really have no answers for me regarding any kind of trouble shooting. They scheduled an appointment for a serviceman to come out in eight days..... What am I supposed to do without a refrigerator for over a week?? We typically have very good luck with Best Buy, and we buy a lot of things from them. But i'm really, really upset and disappointed in the service that i'm getting right now regarding getting my refrigerator up and running... Is it just me or has anybody else had issues like this?

    Terrible quality

    If I could put a zero I would. Fridge Delivered broken. Temp never went lower than 60 degrees. Was told by delivery guys not to touch fridge controls for 24 hours and temp set to cool down to about 30 degrees. Hundreds of dollars of food spoiled. Best Buy Did not send new fridge till the next week. Spent so much money having to eat out at restaurants because there was no where to store even coffe creamer with the new fridge internal temp at 60 degrees!

    It really is a great fridge when it works. Very spacious and plenty of light. However, only 2 years after purchase and the freezer went out earlier this week and now the refrigerator portion is not working.

    It’s amazing how you can do so much research, find one that shouldn’t have any problems, and still run into problems. Just after a year it formed a leak in the sealed cooling system requiring the entire unit to be replaced. Luckily I had the Best Buy warranty

    Absolutely shocking customer service. This came without the glass panels and despite being told they were on their way on 2 separate occasions and taking 2 days off work for the scheduled delivery none of the panels have arrived. I have contacted the customer support number on 4 separate occasions and 1 visit to the shop but still have not received a satisfactory answer to when the panels will arrive. This refrigerator should not have been delivered with parts missing. We were not told this would be the case and will now be looking to return the refrigerator as we have no likelihood of the complete product being delivered.

    The refrigerator is nice however installation was rocky. One of the glass panels was shattered and the bottom panel would not snap in. Not sure if it was installers or a defect. Installers were nice. 2 rescheduled appointments and still no doors due to ? Manufacturing issues. The only person who helped give real resolution answers was Randal at the local store. Nice to see some in person customer service still exists.

    This Samsung is honestly not designed for Americans. We got the biggest we could—30 cubic feet—and yet it’s not designed for taller items such as milk, wine bottles, and family size condiments. We had to pull a shelf to accommodate these taller jars and bottles. That immediately decreased our storage capacity. The unit is stainless steel but they built it out of the least expensive material that shows every smudge and fingerprint. Before you think that’s not a big deal, remember this unit has no handles! You have to grab recessed indentions, making it almost impossible not to smudge the doors. We also learned from the repair tech that they don’t use ice in drinks in Asia or Europe so the ice maker is an American addition. Its capacity is very low. Finally, the brand new unit wouldn’t cool properly. The tech had to order a new motherboard the first week we had it. When he removed the original motherboard it was so hot the tech had to drop it on the floor to keep from burning his hands. I’m just thankful this twenty-two hundred dollar wonder didn’t burn our house down!

    BestBuy can sit down somewhere!! They delivered three dented refrigerators to my house and promised me a $200 gift card weeks ago if I accepted the last fridge they delivered to my home. I have yet to see it. Buyer beware!!

    Freezer stopped working twice in 1 year

    Purchased this fridge a little over a year ago. A month into it the freezer stopped working. After a few days they sent someone out to fix it. About a year after that it stopped working again. Thankfully I had purchased a 5 year warrenty. Its been abour 3 weeks without having a freezer and they were not able to fix the issue so i have to go through the warrenty to find a replacement.

    After ordering this product and having the order delayed nultiple times i expereince the most horrible customer service wxperience of my life. Every time i attempted to call the local store, my called was rerouted to various call centers. Sometimes the line quality qmeas bad, sonetimes i had difficulty underatanding the accent of the person. I never receive satisfaction, and my blood pressure was raised to 160/120. I should sue you for assault. I will never attempt to buy anything from Best Buy. I cancelled the order and was able to find my refigerator elsewhere.

    Compressor died two years after purchase. The cost to repair is more than half what it costs to buy a new fridge. Service technician stated this is a common problem with all new Samsung and LG refrigerators.

    Typical Samsung junk. Within 3 years the icemaker has gone out, the autofill pitcher doesn't auto-fill, and the freezer does not freeze. Terrible, save your money.
