    Hi, I like the style but unfortunately has some issues. 1.The frige isn’t able of keeping the fruits and veggies cold. 2. The ice machine took more than 16 hours to produce ice. I will update if possible. The tech from best buy suggested to get another brand or model.

    Installation was smooth and easy. The fridge looks great and fits the space well. We picked this fridge out from the BestBuy Outlet here in Houston. However, upon arrival the fridge displayed several error codes and the light in the fridge would not stay on.

    freezer problems

    I love the look of the Fridge, we got the white glass. Also love the beverage center, especially with small kids so they cant get to water dispencer and make a mess. We have only had it a few weeks and our freezer is icing over ALOT (see pics). Hoping someone can come soon to fix it. Very disappointed that it needs fixed already.

    Freezer stopped working after 2 months

    Refrigerator is very roomy nice looking refrigerator. Unfortunately the freezer stopped working lastnight after 2.5months. Been on the phone with best buy support for 1 hrs so far.

    Ice maker troubles

    The refrigerator is beautiful and has great storage capacity. The ice maker seems to be a thorn in my side. I have followed every troubleshooting guideline and still struggle with making ice. Tried contacting the support center and sat on hold for what seemed like an eternity. I love the fridge but struggle with the ice maker.

    While I fully agree that this is my fault, this refrigerator sticks out 12” from my counter. Ordered white that is really more of a gray color. The sides are black. Why would anyone ordering white want black sides?

    We ordered all three panels Along with the refrigerator. The refrigerator is very good but only two panels came instead of three. They canceled the order on bottom panel and we had to re-order and request another install which took another week.

    Watch your circuit breaker

    This thing is awesome, BUT. When it was delivered, it constantly tripped our circuit breaker. We had to make the decision to getting a $700 more expensive fridge that maybe pulled less power, or upgrading our circuit breaker. That’s what we chose, but it diminished the discount.

    Good refrigerator!

    Love this refrigerator however the door on the left dosnt work correctly and cool air escapes through that gap in the door unless you close the left door before the right putting the flap over-it’s suppose to fold over itself but it dosnt-not sure why this is an issue-I’ll looked at it and tried to move the door but with no avail.

    Great Fridge for a Smaller Family

    I originally thought this refrigerator would suit our family, but I felt that it has very limited space. The ice takes forever to fill and with a family of six, we are out of ice right away. With this height, it was awkward to open the doors on the bottom, we always have to hunch over to open. I did however love the little ice size and the second level of drawers inside.

    Disappointed in the design

    I was super excited about this refrigerator, until it was in my home. You can only open the frig from the bottom and I am only 5'5" and have to bend down, never mind the other tall people in my family. We hate it. Wish I could return it for one with handles.

    Not clear in the advertising on display.

    Best Buy rep did not disclose that glass panel doors were sold separately. So we had to spend another 350 on top of the 2100 for refrigerator. They delivered refrigerator with out the panel’s. Then we bought them and they came to install and only had two of the three glass panels to complete. So we are now waiting for the final glass door.

    Eh….i like that I can control it from my phone. I do not like that the ice cube bins never fill. We were gone on vacation a week with no ice cube usage and the bins literally stayed half full or less. Never filled!??

    Product is fine but wrong one ordered

    The refrigerator is fine but the sales associate ordered the wrong one. I had to either purchase panels for an additional $400 or go through the hassle of swapping out another refrigerator. Not much of an option for something that wasn’t my fault.
