Customers appreciate the BESPOKE 30 cu. ft. 3-Door French Door Smart Refrigerator with Beverage Center's beverage center, capacity, and sleek design. Many users find the overall performance and ice production to be excellent, and the size and quiet operation are also well-received. However, some customers have noted that the fingerprint resistance could be improved, and there have been a few concerns about temperature control, color, and door alignment.

Choose It For The Beverage Center

This is our second French-door refrigerator, and we much prefer this style over side-by-side models because of the superior usable space. After our 3-year-old GE failed due to a water line issue with no parts available, Best Buy replaced it with a brand of our choice, and we selected Samsung. Switching from a side-by-side to French-door changed how we used water and ice features. Door-mounted ice systems take away interior space, and interior water dispensers make filling pitchers difficult. Samsung’s Beverage Center solves this by providing easy through-the-door access, a ledge that can fill a gallon pitcher, and an auto-fill infusion container for flavored water. Some layout differences going from GE to Samsung took getting used to: Samsung’s thicker doors mean less door storage; the four equal-size drawers changed how we store leftovers; and the fridge doors open slightly less wide. None of these were dealbreakers. We prefer the Samsung overall—especially the Beverage Center—but the ice maker is slow. It produces two ice types, which we enjoy, but it took the whole weekend before three people could use ice without emptying the bin, and it requires manually pulling ice forward. However, Samsung’s ice system has great additions like a full shield to prevent ice spills, a sliding door over the ice tray to reduce clumping, and an included scoop. We haven’t yet used the Bespoke panels, though swapping them looks simple and the panels are affordable. Replacement filters purchased through Samsung are also reasonably priced. Although we were initially hesitant about Korean brands due to perceived reliability issues, we learned Samsung reuses core components across models, improving parts availability and lowering repair costs. Since appliances rarely last more than 10 years today, I have adopted the philosophy of buying a 5-year warranty and saving for the next repair or replacement cycle.

This fridge is amazing, the beverage center and pitcher is awesome in every way. It makes it very simple to grab your beer and everything plus it’s a cool show off item at house parties. The dual ice maker is just as awesome, small chips and big ice and scooper is 100 times better than waiting for that traditional loud ice maker on the double door models. Could definitely have more shelves though.

We’re loving this refrigerator so far! We got a great deal on it since it was on sale, plus we got the “open box” discount for buying a previously returned item. The main reason for choosing this refrigerator besides the price was the ability to customize the color/finish of the panels. There were so many colors to choose from. Unfortunately, Best Buy didn’t have any panels in stock, we had to order and pick them up when they arrived…which was 3 weeks later. I don’t think this is Best Buy’s fault since all the other retailers we reached out to to see if they had them in stock had the same issue. Overall, we’re happy with our purchase and would definitely recommend this product. We love the features like the the beverage center with the auto-fill water pitcher and the ice maker, which makes two different sizes of ice cubes.

Looks very sleek and modern. Cools fast and the small ice bites it makes are one of my favorite features. My only complaint is that if you are taller, the door release to access the beverage center is a little low. There are handles on top of the doors to open the main fridge but not the beverage center.

Haven’t had a new fridge since 2005. These new models are spacious but inorefer more freezer space than refrigerator space. The water refill pitcher is great but takes up space as well as the two size ice cube tray. However, they r both nice features.oat refrigerators have the same storage space such a matter of quality and price. What was Samsung because they’re well-known and research this product and it had good ratings so far so good. We’ve had it for two months almost now..

Great looking. More capacity than it seemed at first. Great fit/finish. We don’t use the bev center door much yet. Top shelf is a little thin and it bends/droops in middle when loaded with anything very heavy. Quiet.

My wife loves no exterior door handles on this refrigerator, I’m so,so with it. To me it appears unfinished on the front when I look at it. I guess I’m old school with door handle’s. This also might be harder for children to open these doors. The ice bin is in a nice location per my wife and gives two sizes, medium and small. You then scoop them out of an ice bin. I like the door dispenser with cube or crushed ice right into your drinking container which is not on this refrigerator. The only issue we had was it being level. The refrigerator was delivered and leveled by the delivery men. We let it run and get the proper temperature insides till the next day. We then filled it up with our items. The compressor on this refrigerator then became loud. We then had to re-level the refrigerator to make the compressor quiet again. My wife loves the hidden water dispenser and water pitcher accessory. The pitcher has a sensor and refill’s after it is placed back in it’s holder. I think it’s an inconvenience to open this door from the bottom area and then get to it. That’s just me again..lol… We like that with this model we are able to get a special limited time offer of new front interchangeable door panels. We can keep the current front face panels (chrome) or change to white glass or orange. Also I seen on line for an added cost you can send it personal pictures and they will make a collage front door panels (nice!). Over all, I am pleased with it, but hate change till I get used to it.

Wanted to upgrade to a larger fridge. Currently had the LG French door. The Samsung definitely has more space to offer. I love the deeper drawers, it even holds condiment jars. Trying to get used to no handles to open it though

Love the fridge and the delivery went well. The reason for 4 stars is because the cover over the water filter is cracked. We didn’t feel it effects the use of the fridge and you can’t see it until you open the doors.

There are some really good things about this fridge and then a couple of annoying things, but nothing is bad. The good things, the capacity is amazing, we love the beverage center, and the ice maker is awesome especially when you have friends over. I was a little worried about the top shelf not being tall enough for some things, but it’s pretty surprising what you can fit up there. The annoying things, it shows fingerprints like crazy, a quick wipe with a microfiber clothe will get rid of them pretty easily however. The ice maker has a cover on top of it, you can slide it to get to the ice, but I’m just not sure what the point of it is. My biggest complaint is if you leave the beverage center door open accidentally, the door alarm does not recognize that it’s open. So a handful of times I go to open the fridge and I can tell the beverage center door has been open for a bit because there is condensation on some items. The only way to open the doors is from the top of the bottom of the doors, since there are no handles or any room in between the doors. None of these are deal breakers for our family, but just some things to be aware of. All and all I would still recommend this fridge.

This Bespoke fridge is nice so far

So far, so good. This fridge seems to have more room than my previous LG. The available freezer space is a little smaller because of the ice tray. But since the ice maker is not in the door, the room in the fridge area is bigger. For my family, that's a good thing. I like that they rethought the fridge by designing the beverage center. We were thinking of getting a separate beverage fridge, but this feature eliminates it. It's not as much of an issue as I thought it would be to have to open a door to get water. I like how that part is now hidden. I also like how minimal the exterior is. The beverage center handle height is not my favorite, as I am tall and I have to crouch or bend over to access the handle. For the fridge, there are handles at the top of the doors that work out great. Because there are no handles, it's inevitable to get smudges on the exterior. However, the smudges don't seem as pronounced as my previous non-finger-proof fridge that did have handles. The smudge issue is probably more personified with the stainless steel version. People have reported the filter creating bad-tasting water. Ours has been fine with the provided filter. If you do tend to utilize a lot of freezer space, that might be an issue for you with this model. I personally don't need such a large ice tray. It seems like I'll only utilize that size once a year when I have multiple guests over. Back to the design, it's well thought out, but (and I don't necessarily blame the Samsung designers) the left bottom drawer opens fully when you have just the left fridge door open. Really nice. However, the right bottom fridge drawer requires you to open both doors to open. If only it were like the left drawer, this fridge design would get an A. It looks like this issue is at the mercy of the French door design. I'd rather have a larger bottom drawer than have it shrink in size to be able to open when only the right fridge door is open. The one caveat is that I've read how Samsung fridges historically have had issues with longevity. So far, things look ok with this Bespoke model based on previous reviews. However, this line has only been out for two years. That's one thing I'll be on the lookout for. We took a chance. We also got an extended warranty to hedge our bets.

Huge capacity, sleek design, temperature accuracy and efficiency. Only thing is it was supposed to be fingerprint resistant and it is not, I have white panels on now and you can totally see all the prints from opening and closing fridge, maybe utilizing the top and bottom indents would improve the fingerprint marks but always seems like at least a thumb is used on panel to open with using top or bottom indents
