A month into it the freezer stopped working. After a few days they sent someone out to fix it. About a year after that it stopped working again. Thankfully I had purchased a 5 year warrenty. Its been abour 3 weeks without having a freezer and they were not able to fix the issue so i have to go through the warrenty to find a replacement.

One of the glass panels was shattered and the bottom panel would not snap in. Not sure if it was installers or a defect. Installers were nice. 2 rescheduled appointments and still no doors due to ? Manufacturing issues. The only person who helped give real resolution answers was Randal at the local store. Nice to see some in person customer service still exists.

We got the biggest we could—30 cubic feet—and yet it’s not designed for taller items such as milk, wine bottles, and family size condiments. We had to pull a shelf to accommodate these taller jars and bottles. That immediately decreased our storage capacity. The unit is stainless steel but they built it out of the least expensive material that shows every smudge and fingerprint. Before you think that’s not a big deal, remember this unit has no handles! You have to grab recessed indentions, making it almost impossible not to smudge the doors. We also learned from the repair tech that they don’t use ice in drinks in Asia or Europe so the ice maker is an American addition. Its capacity is very low. Finally, the brand new unit wouldn’t cool properly. The tech had to order a new motherboard the first week we had it. When he removed the original motherboard it was so hot the tech had to drop it on the floor to keep from burning his hands. I’m just thankful this twenty-two hundred dollar wonder didn’t burn our house down!

Disappointed in the design

You can only open the frig from the bottom and I am only 5'5" and have to bend down, never mind the other tall people in my family. We hate it. Wish I could return it for one with handles.

I do not like that the ice cube bins never fill. We were gone on vacation a week with no ice cube usage and the bins literally stayed half full or less. Never filled!??

So we had to spend another 350 on top of the 2100 for refrigerator. They delivered refrigerator with out the panel’s. Then we bought them and they came to install and only had two of the three glass panels to complete. So we are now waiting for the final glass door.

I had to either purchase panels for an additional $400 or go through the hassle of swapping out another refrigerator. Not much of an option for something that wasn’t my fault.
