    Product is fine but wrong one ordered

    The refrigerator is fine but the sales associate ordered the wrong one. I had to either purchase panels for an additional $400 or go through the hassle of swapping out another refrigerator. Not much of an option for something that wasn’t my fault.

    BestBuy can sit down somewhere!! They delivered three dented refrigerators to my house and promised me a $200 gift card weeks ago if I accepted the last fridge they delivered to my home. I have yet to see it. Buyer beware!!

    We love the appliance!! Very spacious inside of the fridge. The food has also stayed fresh longer because of the consistent temperature.

    Freezer stopped working twice in 1 year

    Purchased this fridge a little over a year ago. A month into it the freezer stopped working. After a few days they sent someone out to fix it. About a year after that it stopped working again. Thankfully I had purchased a 5 year warrenty. Its been abour 3 weeks without having a freezer and they were not able to fix the issue so i have to go through the warrenty to find a replacement.

    Refrigerator is nice but delivery was TERRIBLE!!! It took them 3 tries to actually get it delivered. I told them about my street being narrow and no parking and still they had an issue.

    Dropped off appliance and left stating they would be back to install. Never came back. Geek Squad never returned phone calls to reschedule despite numerous promises. TERRIBLE SERVICE. Do NOT recommend.
