    Sealing Bar on Left Door Does NOT Work

    I like the look and functionality of the fridge. It is not fingerprint resistant. Due to it's depth I had to remove my house's front doors in order to get it into the house. You cannot remove the fridge doors. The biggest issue is the sealing bar on the left door. When closing the left door the bar does not engage it's track and as a result does not close leaving a gap that allows cold air t oescape the fridge. If you do not catch this bar not working and close it manually your fridge will run constantly.

    Not buying samsung any more, this fridge didn’t even last for 2 years and stopped working. Samsung customer service very poor quality .

    Compressor died two years after purchase. The cost to repair is more than half what it costs to buy a new fridge. Service technician stated this is a common problem with all new Samsung and LG refrigerators.

    Typical Samsung junk. Within 3 years the icemaker has gone out, the autofill pitcher doesn't auto-fill, and the freezer does not freeze. Terrible, save your money.

    After ordering this product and having the order delayed nultiple times i expereince the most horrible customer service wxperience of my life. Every time i attempted to call the local store, my called was rerouted to various call centers. Sometimes the line quality qmeas bad, sonetimes i had difficulty underatanding the accent of the person. I never receive satisfaction, and my blood pressure was raised to 160/120. I should sue you for assault. I will never attempt to buy anything from Best Buy. I cancelled the order and was able to find my refigerator elsewhere.

    ergonomic nightmare, wish I could return it. The pitcher is a waste of space, the spacing between shelves on the door is so irregular any tall condiment bottles only fit on one of the 4 shelves. The extremely wide unsupported shelf at the top of the fridge sags with 2 cartons of eggs on it, the freezer drawer rollers feel cheap and are not soft close and well all the drawers feel extremely cheap. Super unhappy with it. For the price I expected quality.

    Ice production is horrible! And I’ve come to learn that this is typical for the Samsung product. A ridiculous waste of money! I regret making this purchase and feel the product was grossly misrepresented! Extremely disappointed in Best Buy for making the recommendation. And, I will share this experience with my family, friends and neighbors.

    Very bad home delivery experience

    DO NOT HAVE NOTHING HOME DELIVERED FROM BEST BUY. The delivery people damaged my floor, took a picture from the top of the damage and said that the claim was done. I called a week after to find out that the claim didn’t match the damage. Since then I have called Best Buy customer service every week without any results. The customer service is horrible and not helpful, I asked to talked to the supervisor and they hung up the call. Called again and they said that someone would contact me back. Not waiting anymore. Very bad experience with Best Buy.

    Thus far, I can make no actual product review. Why? Because the refrigerator I ordered on December 30th 2023 was rescheduled TWICE due to 'delays,' and has now been delayed a THIRD time. I'm so disappointed with the entire experience and am planning on canceling my order if I am not in receipt of the refrigerator by the beginning of March.
