I give you guys a three why? Because I love the store service, but the delivery was not what I expected. I had to send one back so I can get another one with the same problem.

I have always been a Samsung fan when it comes to the electronics but I can’t say that for the appliances. This is my second Samsung fridge and I regret my decision on giving them another shot. Our first fridge had problems with the ice maker. It was a known problem with no fix by Samsung. We were making ice the old fashion way with ice cube trays after that. Fast forward only few years and we are ready to purchase a fridge with a working ice maker. I was looking in the direction of an LG but this one caught our eye. The ice maker was located in the freezer and not the fridge. Maybe they figured it out and with two types of ice. We rolled the dice and boom. After a few months we noticed less ice being made with the bigger ice cubes. Then the small ice just turning into one big block of ice. Only used Samsung filters, replaced the water line just for giggles…. Nope. After running all the troubleshooting and talking with reps they finally sent someone out to replace the ice makers. After the replacement everything was working great… for a bit. Now its the end of the warranty. Same issue. They won’t send anyone out just to replace the ice makers and charge for the work. Nope….. they have to send someone out and charge a diagnostics fee also. It’s the same issue as before when they came out. Now it’s the same price as getting a different fridge to replace ice makers that I’m sure will go out in about a year at best. If you look online you can see the many unhappy customers and the comments of “it’s a Sumsung”. Beware!!!

Love almost everything…. To open the right side drawer…you MUST open both doors as the center does not meet the center opening… definitely a bummer..

Love the fridge and the delivery went well. The reason for 4 stars is because the cover over the water filter is cracked. We didn’t feel it effects the use of the fridge and you can’t see it until you open the doors.

We just got delivery few days ago. And since my wife picked it and loves it….. that makes me a very happy man. Thank you.

LOVE IT! My only complaint is that I’m supposed to get an extra set of panels as part of a deal and instructions a bit vague and cumbersome. Other only downside kid keeps coming off in fridge pitcher when pouring. Beautiful presentation and great design

We love this refrigerator! It’s perfect for our family of four. I love the in the door beverage center. Super convenient for filling water bottles and the auto fill pitcher is an added bonus. My kids love the different size ice cubes.
