It’s great, the screen is like a samsung tablet, we love the note pad the calendar and mutliple options it gives to customize. The size is big but perfect for our kitchen, at first I felt like it was too much (size and technology) but now that every guest (and my husband) spend so much time in front of it I see it’s worth it… also, the water autofill feature is great! We love it!

I love my refrigerator. It’s sleek and modern look fits in my style of my home. The space that’s available in the refrigerator allows me to show in buck and it’s able to hold more groceries than a normal size refrigerator. I love the front drink station, the difference size ice, and the deep space in the freezer.

We love our refrigerator! We've had it since September 2025. We just bought a house in August 2025. This refrigerator has made our life so much simpler and better. Way more storage. Love the freezer. The ice cube maker is so much better than our old one. We can listen to muic, watch tv, movies and find new recipes on our refrigerator! We love it! Thank you!

The Family Hub is a game-changer – I can check the fridge contents from my phone, create shopping lists, and even stream music while cooking. The storage space is huge, and the flexible shelving makes it easy to organize everything. Plus, the cooling is spot on, keeping food fresh longer. It’s a bit of an investment, but totally worth it for the convenience and tech features! Highly recommend. Absolutely love it and no problems it's been a year!

This refrigerator is roomy and has plenty of room for everything. I love the 2 different size ice cubes a regular size and a smaller size. I like the hub as Everyone can leave notes to each other put in birthdays and it works with alexa as well and you can pull up recipes while your cooking. I also love that the water pitcher refills itself and there is a cold water dispenser as well if you don't want to use the pitcher.

Love it! Looks sleek and modern! Beautiful fridge inside and out…. Connects via WiFi to Ring and television! Adjustable shelving for when I have taller items is a game changer. Beverage center is fantastic cold water always on hand! Can add veggies or fruit for added nutrients… My ice maker has NO issue. Extremely quiet while dispensing water. Just love it! Lots of room for family of 4!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The white UPC sticker is stuck on front side and won't come off. I told the installer and he basically said that all Samsung refrigerators have the sticker in that location and that if I had custom builtins it wouldn't be visible. So if a person doesn't have a custom kitchen, they have to have a big White UPC sticker on the front side of their refrigerator where it is very visible. That makes no sense at all from a company that has been in business as long as Samsung. What were they thinking? He also said that it's not his job to remove stickers, and I can try to use hot water if I want it removed. Then, he turned on the refrigerator and set up the smart hub while I was in another room and when I asked how to use it, he said there's a manual in the refrigerator that I can read. I had waited a week for delivery without any refrigerator and was so excited to finally have a smart device and looking forward to exploring all the functions. BESTBUY really did an absolutely horrible job with delivery and set up. In the last 20 years I have purchased every single electronic device I own from BESTBUY; TV, dishwasher, washer/dryer, computer, etc. I will never purchases anything from them ever again. You have really let your customer service fail and lost a loyal customer.

This refrigerator is very handy for my family. We are able to meal prep because it is so big and has a lot of departments. It also has a lot of features. One of the best features is that it takes a picture of things that are getting low inside the refrigerator you can also download music , photos, and recipes.

Its a fridge. Its our second Samsung fridge. It should have been our first Samsung fridge. Samsung fridges dont have the best doors. Fridge was hard to shut. Fridge stays cool. Samsung fridge has cool features. Samsung fridge is not better than normal fridge. Son likes drawing on Samsung fridge.

This refrigerator is not just a appliance is a tool with the screen that doesn't just let you see the inside but servs as a tablet, note pad, etra alexa, picture boad, draw pad for the kids. Also can be a peace of art an expression in your kitchen. Great job samsung making a great fridge into much more.

I recently upgraded to the Samsung BESPOKE 30 cu. ft. 3-Door French Door Smart Refrigerator with Family Hub in Gray Glass, and it's been an excellent decision. Samsung has really improved on the last generation in meaningful ways. The water dispenser is much better—more responsive and better designed. The built-in water carafe is a standout feature—super convenient for quickly filling up or keeping flavored water chilled and ready. One of my favorite parts is the Family Hub tablet on the door. It’s incredibly useful. I love using it to show photos, stream Spotify, set timers, and consult Alexa. It’s also great for staying informed about what’s going on with the fridge—like what’s inside, if anything needs replacing, and more. It's a real hub for the kitchen. The gray glass BESPOKE panels are beautiful and make the fridge feel like a modern centerpiece rather than just another appliance. Definitely recommend—if you're looking for a stylish, smart, and highly functional refrigerator, this is it.

Excellent refrigerator with Family hub. My kids love playing with that. Extra spacious with modern look. A perfect fit for my house and good thing is can change the front door panel and choose any color.
