Excellent refrigerator. Water and ice is always there when you need it. Plenty of room for whatever needs to be in this refrigerator. Easy to clean and easy to keep the front doors clean from finger prints. Good buy for the money!!

The best service and best refrigerator I would say

We bought a fridge for our new house and I picked it up the day of the closing. It was damaged, but they we had to take it or we'd have no fridge. They made it right by delivering a new one 2 weeks later and taking the damaged one. We were happy it all worked out.

First one we got failed in under a month and we lost hundreds in groceries. This was a large fridge and we just bought the house so we stocked up. I didnt expect a fridge I just almost spent $2k on to break. After pulling teeth back and forth best buy agreed to replace it. It has been just over a year and the 2nd one is now broken with the same issue as the first. Samsung is telling me sorry youre out of the first year warranty period. That will be another $130 just to have someone come diagnose it for you. Im waiting for that to happen and I will probably cry if Im given the run around as to why it doesnt fall under a certain parameter. I just want to be refunded and get something different. This has been one of the worst experiences. Stay away from Samsung appliances.

After my refrigerator went out, I had to wait for the delivery a couple days. The Samsung failed to freeze, and the refrigerator started to warm. It lost its cooling temp. I had to get a replacement, new refrigerator and would not take another Samsung. Got an LG instead.

Nice, I like how easy is to have a nice fridge. Not a 5 starts because it has a little scratch but it was bought in the outlet so it is a good product

cant open the fridges right shelf when you open right door and you must open both doors just to open right bottom shelf that's really annoying and really complicated for me if it wasn't like that then it would be a perfect fridge

This refrigerator was wonderful prior to breaking but we had it for less than two years before the cooling system broke. When the technician came out to look at it the inside temp on the fridge was 52 degrees. I will give samsung props for the fact that it was covered under manufacturer warranty and therefore instead of fixing it they gave us a full refund BUT the refund process took so long and involved having a technician at the house and about 15 conversations with Samsung following up on what the next steps were and all the paperwork we had to send, etc. The fridge broke April 19th and we didn’t get the refund until June, and at least 3-4 of those weeks we didn’t know if we should buy another fridge because they also acted like just sending us a completely new fridge was an option instead of a refund. Ultimately happy with the fridge while it was working but after it broke I heard a ton of horror stories about Samsung refrigerators from friends and family. I would recommend going for a different brand all together.

Very nice refrigerator Freezer Combo. Two things that we are having trouble getting used to is no door handles and the ice maker in the freezer. Other than that we love it. We are progressing on the issues I mentioned.

Simple fridge with space. I have had it for a month and like the water pitcher more than a dispenser. Recommend.
